Just got LF CD, it’s pretty underwhelming imo and trying to race to the next FB is super tedious. Meanwhile Wind BD can just get their FB equivalent “Roaring Dragons Sky” just by spamming typhoons without having to worry about losing stacks.

At 20 stacks with badge up you get -3s on FB per LF hit, so at a standard 3.4F/s you get 10.2 extra cdr every sec

So basically if you can get instant 20 stacks, next FB is 4 sec away. The extra time is how much you need to build up to 20

-the cdr you get naturally (like 3s gives you 10s cdr so you only need less than 3s more at 20)

I don’t think you can anicancel wind dragon to the point of losing the damage anyways, so I wouldn’t worry. If anything you should still keep track so that you can use it during surge cause it gives 3 wind orbs for 3 more typhoons afterwards

There's an auto GCD implanted in the game that is supposed to help high pong players not be so negativity affected. The down side is it also pushes low ping players up so that their ping is about 60 regardless of how low it actually would be

So in essence the skill now serves 2 purpose -

• Gives higher flat crit chance (should use FB 3x hit after stroking)

long story short is that - if you get LFAD / purple flicker from bound purple rng box, then you go the LFAD / purp flicker build (bleed gets increasingly strong, but this build requires you to be on low ping bc of ani-cancel)
on the other hand, if you get LFCDR / electro connection from bound purple rng box, then you go LFCDR / eletrco connection build

finally, if you're like the rest of us where you get a completely useless purple rng skill, then you stick with green flicker and farm until you get one of the 4:

• LFAD
• LFCDR
• Purp Flicker
• Purp Eletrco Connection
  ^ once you do get 1 of the 4, that's what decides your build

Life drain is god tier for wind bd. The aoe you have let's you heal on each enemy and on bosses it's more than enough sustain as long as you're iframing 8/10 hits

you cannot feasibly increase your cdmg amount that much per level to consistently match the previous levels in raw numbers, for 10 levels in a row from 50->60

at level 60, you probably need 7500-8000 to reach the same amount in percentage as 5000 at 55, which is the same amount as percentage as 3000 at level 50

And ye there is diminishing returns but there's not enough dmg stats for it to be relevant. You get ap when you can, and outside that you can only increase crits anyways (and they're not threshold based either, every point of crit/cdm is worth slightly less than the previous one)

90ms, I actually play light cuz I think it's more suitable for high ping players (you'll hit fetal blade every 8~9 secs regardless of your ms, which do the most of dmg) and that make it less ping depending.
Unlike wind the less ms the more typhoons you hit during that 3 or 6 secs buff.
I thought the purple lightflash cooldown will close the gap, but the wind still way better.

Lightning scales horribly with higher ping, your entire dmg chart is based on how fast you can cast and anicancel LF (which is your highest dmg contribution and your cdr source)

wind sometimes can miss 1 typhoon during wind charge but that's about it

Optimally FB isn't every 8-9s, it's every 4-6s (depending on what skills you have up for extra stack gen)
