Wind KFM lacks aoe and you'll have harder time to farm MSP, it requires stable ping and also generally low ping. It does significantly more damage in single target situations but is also harder to play compared to Fire, with everything being related to animation cancelling and tracking stuff

Fire is an AoE spec so they have significantly easier time in MSP, requires lower ping and is easier to pilot compared to Wind

Wind is currently the meta spec for KFM because it has been buffed to infinity, but fire isn't the worst spec in the game by any means

Kfms have 2 blue books in their core setup (searing palm and backstep). You get 18 skill slots total across 6 accessories. so you'll just need to fill 16 with purples/leg. BP + soul boost already gives you 11 purple selectors, plus ur free leggy, so you'll just need 4 purples of any kind. I think levels 50 and 58(?) gives you a free random purple too iirc
