I don't have many other examples to use because NEO players suck. There were many better players on live that played with 90-100 ping and still played perfectly.
BnS is a rhythm game and your rhythm matters more than ping. There are of course exception to these such as Fire KFM and Ice FM.

If a player at 60-90 ping can draw 95% out of a class, there is virtually no difference between him and the guy doing 100% of what the class can do in an actual fight

From my testing, 'Repeated actions on keyhold' makes it feels almost the same between 80 ms NA to around 45ms EU
RF does feel different. Toggling off repeated actions makes some things faster but becomes more unstable overall

So basically in HE final boss i did my test using only 1 comet. The dmg distribution from 2 purple ck and 2 blue ck was still less than 1 purple comet. Obviously I think i got lucky hitting crits on nearly all of them. But use thst info as you will.

Also not trolling when I say that. Its really ez for fm to get a good burst going before you get your dps up enough so having that extra threat helps long term in keeping the boss in one spot. Otherwise you run into the problem of circle tanking and then you missing everything resulting in an even greater dps loss

Arguably combo should prolly br more dmg on both cyclone and comet hybrid, since you will get more cyclones off. And if you get more cyclones off in comet build you get more comets.
Personally use bloodstrike caude I like solo content+ bleed is good for partys and I like 2rf anicancel more than r2ff.
