vortex animation takes a second. QXE for blade storm takes a second. 3QT takes a second. Mathing out a opener sequence to maximize BD buff is doable but still slightly off in actual combat. Adding in block vortex at random times throws off the whole sequence too

Is it worth it? not really unless you really don't like using your pve build for the 2 hours of 6v6 everyday. Best stat is hp + crit rate probably not 100% sure on that one

so if you take it as 1.25 block mult vs 5.0 AP mult (max boosted)
the ratio of block - ap worth is 4:1
any insignia that exceeds it should be better taken as block over AP
