To be precise, I'd like to clarify: if I have 1 blue Dragontongue and all other books are green, does it make sense for me to switch builds because of the drop purple Cyclone from Battle Pass? I don't have many resources, so I can afford to stack a blue Pierce/Puncture build, but I definitely can’t afford to buy the purple version. So maybe there are some gurus here who can advise whether it even makes sense in such conditions to try changing builds for PvE purposes?
