The macro desyncs so much if pressed during animation lock. On double non-crit of R TAB, the next rotation will 100% fail to output a pierce even if both RTAB crits. Any spike can mean pierce not coming out even if R TAB both crits.

not much that I can find yet other than the fact it doesn't proc as a separate number on the screen like onrush does and it seems to be calculated into the skill itself but not much testing has been done whether or not it gets impacted by other things other than it being a % of the acc or block stat
