The most ping friendly build is probally LB-TAB macro.
2nd might be Hybrid Fire, If u can sqeeuze out 9 DT 9 ES in one Tab window.

The build's main dmg skill scales a lot harder with stacking but a purple dt + purple ss + purple es will win over any pierce/puncture enjoyer unless they have 3-4 of them stacked
