Game just keep getting more frustrating and i'll point out some of the main issues of your "friendly f2p new game"

1- bid system
Why would anyone be able to bid on stuff that aren't for their class? just so they can sell it or as they all say "i wants it for my alt", just go farm with your alt than.

2- raid boss action drop
Same with the bid system why would a other classes be able to bid on a summoner stuff just so they can spam the chat for days looking for buyer for a ridiculous price? lol

3- market F5
I'm not sure if people think your Divine gems drops from a tree or can be mine somewhere? every skill book is just getting over price for nothing even a book used to be sold for 700 now is selling for 3-4k? just like how you limit the minimum to 50 you should also put a max price for each thing can be sold.

4- your friendly f2p way "Divine gems"
With the only way you get them is by Exchanging them for NCoins? why not we use silver or other way to get them beside the F10 or F5?

5- Security and your so called attacks
We appreciate your effort in trying to solve the problem yourself for the past week, but honestly we don't need that, so why not just hire professionals in that field to solve your problem?

6- BOTS
In farming spots, every day you have to see at least 20 running ghosts that stacking on each other farming every living thing they see.
as for chat why not turn all their sites down and be done with it?

7- SKILL BOOKS AND GEAR
Why do i have to use fragment books or valor stone just to remove a skill.. we are fine by using them to buy book but use them to remove as well? so if i have a full pvp set and new gear comes out i will need TON of them just to remove every skill and use them for other gear and it only ask for more if the rank of the skill is higher? just why?

I agree with 1st point, but in a way, "farm it on your alt then" is unlikely.
As if they're farming on main for alt. it's high ly unlikely their alt is at that lvl of possibility to farm it. knowing we can equip any gear or any level, a lvl 3 alt won't do a lvl 45 dungeon now would it?
Farming the gear for alt to make the leveling progress smoother and easier by mailing from main to alt. makes sense, and if the bid is only class locked, then anyone is FORCE to have SAME class as alt, but that's absurd. most alts are different class than main, which brings the bid to use on a different class alt.

another point is : bidding on non class item also is a way of income for players if the item is deemed good for sale. i highly doubt NC would do anything about it. bidding system has always been a big source of income for loots in the game ( or self use to save up from buying for an absurd price in the market ). but the difference is, this bid is fairer than old one, because before it was worse : the highest bidder wins. meaning the one with the BIGGEST wallet income of golds takes the loot. cause bidding was with the gold currency you own. which feeds the whales more and more and not fair for the rest.

Now NEO though, it's fairer cause it's all about your luck and not your biggest wallet.

Fair but not utmost fair in regards to players wanting the item for themselves but loosing the bid to non class. bidding amongst only same class is fair, they can sell it if they want to or equip it as well. but hurts the marketing possibility for a good loot to sell on another class or equipping your weak alt to boost.

4 - 1:1 Ncoin exchange isn't the only way. selling f5 market is the other way without spending the precious Ncoins.
Gifting on the other hand ?? then yes i would agree there : the only way to gift someone something from f10 is by expending your ncoins.
You absolutely can not gift anyone anything with Devine gems.
The choice is either send Devine gems to others so they can spend in f10 by themselves which require the sender to use Ncoins. Or direclty use ncoins to gift the item to the person.
Devine gems are for personal use only.
The game is more and more selfish

7 - it's a way to force you to spend currency to buy and break or lucky loots to break. but more in the first way. knowing that gear can not be successed to next when the update drops in, making upgrading the gear or using high tier skills on them obslete as you need to remove them once you get new gear. that's absurd and the only way is by fragments of the SAME tier.
Solution to this? there is :
REMOVE FRAGEMENTS use and INCREASE AMOUNT OF VALOR STONES use only

1 - The bid system being able to bid for items that aren't for your class is so that you can put it on other characters on your account, I would assume. Further, the bid system is nice as eventually you can simply use the money given by those that are out-bidding you to out-bid someone else or to buy it from the shop (I assume? I haven't used the marketplace at all as of yet.)

As far as "farm it on your alt," some people want to play certain things for certain activities. I personally only care about KFM in any regard, but I can see why someone would only want to PvP on one class and PvE on another. Bidding is nice as long as you are comfortable pushing the price up a bit to get some extra cash for the item. Eventually you'll be able to drop the cash necessary to win the item yourself. It acts like a pseudo-pity system.

2 - same as one.

3 - personally, I think skillbooks should be a farm only item that can't be traded. I also think they should be a one time use item that unlocks the skill permanently so we can freely swap builds.

6 - It is insanely depressing to try farming something with 10+ bots standing there to kill the boss and farm the items reducing the gains actual players get from the kills. They also prevent progression at some points by killing single entities like the npc outside the monastary.

With that said, bots getting banned is something that has historically resulted in DDoS attack waves. WoW and FFXIV have both been attacked after a bot ban wave. It is still worth doing in my opinion. Personally, I think this is a good reason to rotate the game to a subscription play cost as this almost always kills a large section of the bot community. Also, stable income means there's no reason to shut the game down, no reason to enact pay to win mechanics, and some other benefits.

7 - Skill books should be permanent, tied to the skill (not accessories), and we should get pages for changing builds as desired. Don't let us change mid-dungeon or in combat. Give 2 base pages and allow us to buy more pages for convenience using real money. I think this was how it was done at one point in the past. I have no idea why it was removed.
