SUMMARY
Textures with transparency data have dithering, no matter what their purpose is, which should not be overlooked.

MAIN ISSUE
Every textures with transparency use dithering, which is not good on a lot of things its used on, making them lose their purpose of half transparency and becoming a grid instead. it hurts my eyes, and half the outfits in the game becomes unwearable since they use dithering. tattoos also get that treatment. I've played with my graphics settings and nothing changed, and my friend has had the same thing happen.
Anything with transparency, even if it's edges, gets dithered, and when it's something like the red visor that is half transparent, it's completely dithered, which is not what you want to happen. Dithering is usually used on environment and further object or close object blocking the camera as it is faster to render than real transparency, it is not meant to be used on character model details.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
change outfits and accessories to have real transparency, including hairs, cause they also have dithering. keep the dithering on the environment, but it should not be on characters.

EVIDENCE/EXAMPLES
I've had this issue in both live and neo, i only have screenshot of neo with me but it's the exact same in live. When i first played i thought it was only a showroom preview problem but i did see people and my own character have dithering issue in the overworld, it's just more convenient for me to show the showroom for the examples.

i dont understand how nobody see this as an issue, its the only game i have ever played who misused dithering...
