Hadn't played for a few years. Few days ago started logging in the game again all was fine. Did all the security updates and 2FA all was working just fine and then bam few days later few days ago I get this and am unable to log in on Purple or the website. Found a way to kind of submit a ticket without logging in to the site but nobody ever replied to it. Was able to play from like 2/1-2/5 before this happened.

no but i ended up finding a way to bypass it and get it to work again lol it seemed bugged and even though the right email and phone number and 2fa was setup once i tried loggin in with google acct which i hadnt previously allowed or registered it got me in and then i could make change stuff back and forth again to get it to update and accept even though its just same info was a weird glitch but it seems to work now

Abnormal Access is a very trickey one and very sensitive. Hard to find the cause

it happens when you didnt log in for a suuuuper long time, hit y and it never appears again :3

its also kind of normal for purple to say you arent online even when you are? like launcher open/up and ingame
