worked for me on NA, ~~didn't work on EU and I am sure I haven't bought it yet for this month~~ worked on EU now as well, but couldn't buy it 2 days ago, weird

Could be something similar to what happened with trove keys - it’s on a hard 30 day lockout as opposed to resetting on the 1st of every month.

The free prem trove keys were on a hard 24hr lockout as opposed to resetting alongside the hmc one at shop reset
