Dear developers/support,
I am writing this message to express my dissatisfaction and that of my clan regarding the problem with the game's chat.
For over a month now, after some updates, there have been problems with the chat, where after some updates, there were censorship issues with words that are not offensive or something that could actually be classified as censored.
We then believed that they would fix the problem, but the chat went offline and when it came back, it continued with the same problem.
Since then, the chat has been completely offline in all chat channels, and we have no type of communication in the game.
The message that has appeared when trying to send a message in any of the game's chats is "Connecting to the chat server. Please try again later." as shown in the attached image.
This is greatly affecting everyone's gameplay, whether f2p or p2w, and veterans are being affected, but especially newbies. They enter the game and have no support from veterans to learn and evolve and end up leaving the game before they even start.
During this time, I have seen many new people joining the game and then immediately stopping playing, staying offline for 7 days or more and never coming back.
I sincerely ask that you resolve this problem with the game chat. And that when you return, please have the censorship problem fixed.
