How can I go back to logging in by e-mail if I can't enter the menu login... there is this error... https://id.plaync.com/error/error?code=A9900000009

I have 2 accounts, the problem ->> because the old e-mail was causing conflict, so I migrated to a new e-mail and then changed to logging in using a phone number because I thought it would be easier than the e-mail method. Unfortunately, not only do I have to re-captach every time, which is annoying, but I also have to rewrite the code received via text message each time. I wanted to change it back to e-mail but I can't because it's like above gif. On the second account where stay the e-mail method and added logging in using a Google account, this error does not occur. You obviously have a problem logging in using phone number.

You cannot add e-mail when you add a number,It perceives your e-mail as a separate account
