I was tabbing in and out of the game a lot during loading, and I think it was just me who experienced or noticed it?

The loading screen for Gundam Evolution isn't map dependant. We can only set one at a time. So, you will see it for all load screens for now, but the change isn't permanent. We'll revert to the base loading scren following the end of our Harvest Festival event
