Game is black when opening, crashes if i blindly navigate into the HUB

There is nothing when i open the game, the screen is black but all the audio is still there. It seems to be running as if I blindly navigate to the HUB I can enter and hear the employee I choose walk around for a few seconds before the game crashes.
(I tried Verifying integrity of game files with no results)

This is on the update that released a few minutes ago

I got my screen back, needed to use screenshots of the settings menu from a friend to blindly turn off upscaling

Upon testing, it appears to be using the Fidelity upscaling option prevents anything from rendering, leaving me with nothing but a black screen
