Assuming they're supposed to because I saw it in an old changelog, sometimes when an enemy drops a purple consumable, sometimes it will be empty when I pick it up, but bootleg replicators drop fine

i always assumed that it just voids it because you already have max capacity of bootleg replicators
also, you can’t get purple Clearance Certificates from enemies only backlog

they still show up for me if I'm maxed out on replicators
Seems 50/50 whether it's replicator or voided so I'd assume it's supposed to be something else
Says they fixed it back in September so I assume it broke again
