when shooting a plate at the floating discarded voltaic battery the plate is linked to the battery position and moves to where ever you throw the battery also if someone else throws their voltaic battery you plate will follow their battery as well. you can see where ever your plate goes and can stand on it but out side players can only see the position of the original shot plate and can stand on it but you can not see the original or stand on it

Apparently we discovered that all of the thrown Batteries are "quantum linked". So if he is doing the bug shown in the video, but I'm also throwing batteries elsewhere then the plate will redirect to the position of my battery.
