I’d like to share the schedule for our March update.

The update is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, at 06:00 UTC.

As I was preparing for this March update, I took a moment to look back and realized that we’ve accomplished most of the key points from the “Fundamentals First” direction and roadmap that I shared earlier this year. We set out with the goal of delivering what we had planned, but looking back now, I think we may have actually developed a little more than expected. ☺️

With the deadline getting closer, there’s been quite a lot I’ve been able to show you every Friday lately.

As many of you probably already know, once the deadline has passed, it may become a bit harder for me to share things this often and in this much detail like I do now.

When that time comes, I’d really appreciate your kind understanding.

For the March update, we’ve been working on improvements to the flower shop content.

New features are planned, including bouquet making, flower farming, adding fragrance to flowers, and gifting bouquets.

Some of these elements are also included in the video released today, so I think you’ll be able to get a small preview of them there.

As I was writing this post, the view beside my desk in the development room suddenly came to mind.

So I decided to share a photo as well, with that feeling in mind.

Wow, didn't expect a post this early! Love the pretty flowers ❤️ Really good to see the mini map progress as well, it'll make it a lot easier to get around town.

The memory system has me the most excited, and i can't wait to see what kind of effect these memories will have on our Zois in terms of behavior, reactions to certain events and personality overall. Thank you for your hard work, I look forward to March 26th. Can't believe a year has almost passed already!

One small thing I hope you'll address in the update since you mentioned it is also a big graphics update:
Please address the ghosting and graininess of shadows. I really think it has gotten worse since the December update and even worse in the new engine beta. I've done every possible fix or recommendation I can find online to make it as minimal as possible, but it's still pretty terrible in some areas especially lowlit and reflective surfaces. We even have ghosting issues in CAZ now. I have shared multiple videos of this on the bug reports forum so I hope those find you well.

It really shouldn't have to be this way for my 5070ti gpu, so please improve on the ultra graphics settings so that the ghosting and graininess of shadows is minimalized (or maybe even consider adding a 'cinematic' tier for the true graphics junkies among us).

I'm hoping the increased stability of the engine upgrade allows you to tweak these settings more without it costing too much performance.

This amazing!!! The car seats omg??? Could this be applied for the babies? It would make moving around with them much easier!

Love to finally see a sneakpeak of the minimap I hope a gps could be applied to it as well❤️
Also improvements to the ingame mirrors to make them look less grainy and unclear pls kjun! And a rework of the TV animations to make them less choppy 💙💙

In the roadmap it mentioned appearance related shops to be added in the first quarter. Id love to see the hair salons and also making the skincare products functional by adding a simple face washing animation.

A nice early update today! It's fantastic to hear that the roadmap features are on track, and I look forward to seeing those in future updates, particularly game-changing features like the memory and calendar systems, minipmap and phone contact removal/blocking.

The flowers look beautiful - flower-growing and arranging isn't something that previously appealed to me as a career for my Zois, but I'm tempted now! Letting Zois temporarily interrupt actions to fulfil basic needs sounds like a good idea, but please make sure they return to the previous action afterwards, otherwise this could get very frustrating.

While we're discussing improvements, one request I have is that you don't forget about those of us playing with less 'popular' gameplay options, such as point-and-click controls and longer day lengths. At the moment it's very hard to enter public buildings in overhead (top-down) view because the roof blocks your view of the building interior, so you can't click inside to enter, and clicking on the door doesn't work. And the eating and toilet animations are still way too long for anything other than the 48min day length.

One more thing: is there any update on the missing floor-beds from the 6th February update video? I've attached a screenshot as a reminder of what I'm talking about.

I would love the ability to be able to move the minimap around the interface just like Ui if possible!!

Wait I'm not done.. the walking while eating and reading ?? Amazing! The pinata is SOO cute

The holiday thing? Does that mean calender system is going to be in the March update?? The delivery system is great esp paired with the minimap!! Although we'll def need a gps to direct us to whereever we need to go to deliver the food. But overall omgg I love this???

Phone contact is great! Im hoping that phone calls could be added so that, that phone call booth around the streets and sidewalks can become functional just like the volleyball courts and playgrounds with slides

Wow this looks amazing!! A few things i'd like to add (i think teen driving is on the roadmap? Not sure):

  • Teens learning to drive and the ability to get a drivers license- parents can help their teens practice driving by sitting in the passenger seat with the teen in the drivers seat. The teen automatically drives with premade hiccups and the typical parental overreaction to them hitting a few bumps or harsh breaks.
  • The parent can be the one to help them practice driving before the official test with the instructor in the passenger seat holding a clipboard marking notes down as the teen drives and gives them their official license at the end! How well they do depends on how much practice they got before the test.
    Im excited for the calendars to come in and automatic city decorations for each holiday and maybe even the ability to set custom city decorations assigned to each season!

Also excited for the flowering and gardening update because they looks so beautiful😍😭

Im hoping for more romance interactions to be available during dates like feeding each other food on a resturaunt date, an interaction to look lovingly at partner while sitting, and holding hands while seated on opposite sides of a table from your partner with their hands connecting on the table.

Oh and the memory system!!! Im very excited for that based on how well they implement it!!!

With some cards in RTX 5000 series if one override Anisotropic Filtering through NVIDIA App or Control Panel will cause color banding. I hope it's possible to add it as graphics setting or add r.MaxAnisotropy and r.VT.MaxAnisotropy or related cvars to Texture Quality setting.

Oh, it’s way too early, for many people it’s the busiest part of the workday. I thought I’d just take a quick look and save the rest for later, but I couldn’t hold myself back.

Everything in the video is absolutely wonderful: fresh and intriguing mechanics, the right and genuinely useful additions we asked for, like mini map and holiday‑based city decorations spawning from the calendar.

Then, when I reached the Memory System, something I once advocated for and conceptualized in a similar way, that was it. Pure… wow‑wow, emotions overflowing.

Yess!! And the 3rd person waterslide animation that was on one of the weekly updates a few months back hasn't been added 😕

Wait.. watching the video back I'm seeing a hair salon!! I didn't notice it at first but it's there omg!! Would you guys consider pairing the live caz with barber shops so that you pick a hair and a little animation plays out after you pick it. Something like that would be amazing.

Also can we have the blowdryer added as something in buildmode so it can be used whenever?

Little clutter items like hairbrushes and shampoo and combs and a blowdryer would be perfect for the barbershop! Below I've attached a picture of a salon chair model that would be perfect for hair washing

One thing…I understand that we need a quick way to get another zois’ number but it does seem very direct to ask for someone’s number when first introducing yourself.

I’m not sure if there’s a better way of doing it or if anyone else sees this as awkward. it’s just something to consider.

Woah! So many great things coming in the march update. The graphic improvements look great, especially for the low end users.

I am glad we are getting more careers options. I look forward to when we get remote careers as well. I am definitely most happy about the option to manage contacts.

Hello Kjun. I'm very happy that the game has come as far as a 1 year anniversary, and I want to preface this by saying this is a game that I love. However, I feel like the real fundamentals haven't been addressed, and the company shouldn't be pushing new content when a big part of the actual content is showing game breaking bugs that are months old without a fix or response. Fixing bugs, allowing core mechanics like going on holidays without buying land, or going on holidays without having to sell your business, traveling to other cities without your original city freezing in time: those should be the real fundamentals. The new content is exciting, yes, and I understand that is how you bring back players and create hype, which is important for a company, but it's not going to make the game more fun in the long run if these other core aspects of the game are not addressed first.

**Please fix the bugs and address core gameplay features that need fix since the Cahaya update. **

Same! And now im just waiting for more day to day individuality (personality based autonomy that affects how they interact with others and the world around them and personality based idle animations) and more functional things to do around the city:

  • Skincare system (some day) with a doctor who recommends products based on skin (dry skin, acne, etc)
  • More functional places: Resturaunts (waiters, table reservations, etc) and Clothing Stores with more functions.
  • And more functional lots: Hair salons, Nail salons, Barber shops, Grocery stores for more things to do around the city...

Hi Kjun, thank you for today's updatec_user . Please add an updated timeline for mod support that takes into account migration for the new engine. A statement about what is the company's projection for the mod system going forward would be appreciated. Modders should know what to expect.

I think asking for someone's number out of the blue should be in the romance option, because in my culture it's definitely flirty! Then, after you have talked to another zoi and you're compatible for friendship of business, there should be an "friendly ask for number" or "ask for number in a professional manner" for when you just click with a person you met and want to add them to your friend list, or you met an interesting business partner. The should be able to refuse to give their number, too. It can never be as straight forward as going around asking for everybody's number and just getting them.

The Memory System isn’t just an action log and milestones, it also includes a list of traumas (fears, phobias, and breakdowns) that influence a Zoi’s future life, but can eventually be resolved.

So, inZOI Team, you clearly can go deep, and you can be excellent at psychological depth. Please, go further, dig even more into personality dynamics and evolution, emotional ripple-effects, desires and fears, growth and stress, drama and conflict, autonomy. Please, take another look at what we discussed and try experimenting with it. This is a very, VERY strong direction for a life sim.

I think the open city is great! However, it needs to feel abit more.... alive?

So I have a few ideas on different city events that could do just that:

  1. A marathon - Most big cities have these, imagine having your Zoi train for a week, then having multiple Zoi's run around a blocked off city?
  2. Parades - Another instance were a city can be blocked off to celebrate things like Mardi Gras or Pride
  3. Social events - get random invites to meet & greets in a cafe / pub
  4. Clubs - have book clubs, walking / jogging, private country clubs
  5. Holiday events - Easter egg hunting, santa greetings in a shop for kids (or office secret santa events), expanded halloween trick or treaters having parent NPCs walking around with their kids.
  6. Smaller events for businesses - Like "Hold your hand on this car to win it!" , a book reading by a famous zoi author in a cafe, a famous DJ playing at a rave for one night only, concerts etc..

I can't think of more right now, but you get the idea 😄

Omgggggg I’m so freaking excited for all these features😭😍. First off yesssss to the flower planting and making bouquets. I loved planting flowers in the sims 4 and I’m glad to see it coming as a full career in inzoi!! I have one suggestion for it if you haven’t thought of it already but I think for making bouquets it would be really cool if we could have a 3d model layout of it where we could arrange each flower ourselves for unique looking bouquets!! Also the delivery job!!! That was one of the new jobs on the roadmap I was excited for so I’m super happy to see it! And I love that multitasking has been regularly shown to be getting updates in these last few videos honestly it looks like it’s going to be great and even better than the sims. Love the car seats as well and I hope they’re customizable. The minimap is much appreciated. I’m so glad to see the memory system and calendar system looking pretty good so far!!! Also the bento/lunch box so cute!!! It reminds me, I really hope we can get a sushi restaurant in the game at some point!!
And the graphics being upgraded for low settings is really great as well. I’m also really glad you added the option to customize the color of the wedding dresses as that was something I thought of a long time ago since not every person wears white for their wedding, and thank you for adding the option to block and delete numbers😭😍 if all this happens to come at the end March I’d be ecstatic

First off, this man puts a smile on my face every week. I love how he is so excited about what he's making.

I am in awe of the team's foresight and bravery in doing things no one else would expect. I can't tell you how nice it is for a game to be in the hands of people who actually care.

I'm so excited for what's coming next. I'm most excited about:

  1. The calendar
  2. The phone features
    (a) It's really cute how kids can take selfies with cars
  3. The delivery job (it looks like so much fun)

I'm not sure I'd be into the flower shop job, but I'm so glad it exists for others.

Simulation settings

I have noticed that the ‘simulation’ settings ( e.g. day length, ageing on/off) apply to all save files. I have multiple save files and like to play them each differently - one with ageing off and longer days, one with shorter days and ageing on. Could you please allow different simulation settings for each save file because it’s very annoying to change it each time.

Please focus on fundamentals first before adding new content, we need more things to do, family gameplay, toddlers not sleeping on the floor etc, an improvement in genetics, story progression for townies, make the game feel more alive!!

I saw another comment mention a hair salon too but i didnt see it at first but now i rewatched it and screenshotted so im excited!! Theres many cool nail designs so it would be nice for nails to have gameplay too: Being able to change zoi's nails (or hair) for a price, saving set nail designs (or hairstyles) for your own salon, a seated animation at the nail table with the nail stylist (instead of only in a spa chair like sims 4)

Poor visibility and camera movements when moving with WASD

I really like using the WASD keys to control zois - it really adds to immersion, especially with the walls up.

However, there are problems with visibility and camera movements with this method when zois are close to a wall:

  • In shoulder view: the camera zooms in too far (so that you can’t see anything but the zois ear) to fit between the wall and the zoi.
  • In top view: vision of your zoi is blocked by the wall.

Please fix this!

Wow just wow! And this is just some of the things that'll be in the March update too?! I'm so excited!

With that said since using the Beta engine I noticed that very low, low, and med look so much better already and to know the team is actively working to make it even better by the upcoming update makes me do a little dance!

With this update I hope the earlier mentions of bug fixes also make an appearance since you didn't go over them in this video but I'll trust it's being handled.

Also it's been a while but I hope strollers and the aging slider is either coming this update or in April.

I am not sure if that has been mentioned as suggestion before but would be possible for Businesses has more functions for Cash Registers? As for example having animations when Zoi buys something and then they would go to Cash Register to pay up the stuff they bought via Debit Card or Cash? And the Zoi behind the cash register would animate ,,scan'' or either check the Debit Card via the scan either hold the money and give cash back? I know it sounds as odd suggestion but i believe it would add a lot of immersion to realism and then the cash registers as every venue would have more of impact than just Zoi staiyng behind counter and basically be like idle. 😅

Other mention is that, will there be in future possibility to edit existing lots for different type of venue? For example, the library in Bliss Bay, will there be ability to change it lets say to Club instead? So we could edit the city to express our liking how we feel to set certain lots to function differently? 🤔

Also glad you consistently work on optimizations and bug fixing between major content updates. I believe it must be at times, frusutrating to fix major game breaking bug and then somehow in the coding other ones may show up.

Experience full services like hair washing and nail art.

Go on "Salon Dates" with best friends to socialize while getting pampered.

I do agree with the comment above that what we really need as fundamentals are the existing features to be flawless.

For example:
the inability to travel to other cities when you own a business needs to be resolved.

The ability to visit other cities without buying a home first

Having npc zois do autonomous actions like swimming and ordering drinks at a bar and ordering for a group.

Having bars function correctly so bartender can take drink orders and serve drinks

Removing skin and eye color changes from style presets

Introducing aging cheats and allowing us to move families out of a home even if they have a baby (not sure why this restriction exists)

Fixing the idle animations such as checking self in mirror and sweeping randomly so they 1. Don't occur as frequently 2. Are tied to specific traits

Continuing on,

Adding tools like functional sprinklers and options like 'fertilize all' and 'water all' for gardening.

Allowing us to save all categories of outfits when saving zoi preset

Adding more jail lifers to the prisons and giving each of them unique back stories we can learn from conversing with them. Also including more tasks to do while in jail so it doesn't feel so boring while we are there or awaiting our court trial

Adding more ghost tasks and giving the ghosts proper back stories that we can learn from conversing with them and completing their tasks. There needs to be a variety of tasks that can be randomized with more added each update to keep ghost play fun and new.

There are a lot of improvements that I think could be added to existing gameplay functions with a quicker turnaround than creating new systems that would definitely improve the replay ability of them

Please focus of adding the quick improvements that can help improve overall gameplay short term while still having part of the team focusing on new features and long term benefits. I’m absolutely all in for social classes and a club system, and not just hobby clubs, but social clubs too. From underground fight, biker, skater, and industrial clubs to high‑society, bohemian and elite clubs, or even club system tied to city districts and monarchy/dynasty.

And in this setup, everything becomes fully configurable/customizable:

  • club policies: entry requirements like age or lineage, income level, lifestyle and goals, hobbies and skills, gathering day/time, fees, privacy settings
  • a dedicated clubhouse, or even small district with local venues for club gatherings
  • specific greeting and conversation styles, required (mandatory) and forbidden actions, dress codes (style, brand, color palette)
  • a membership and leadership system (roles, specific activities, fees, reputation)
  • access to VIP and/or back rooms, and club points / rewards.

Yes, it’s pretty much Get Together x the URBZ x City Life (city building sim), but the mechanic would be great for community‑oriented players.

Hi, Kjun!

About last week, I’d like to raise a small but important point about immersion and storytelling variety.

Using bathrobes or towels as the default solution for censorship can feel very out of place depending on the kind of story a player wants to tell. For example, if I’m playing as a poor farming family in rural Cahaya, it can break immersion if the Zoi suddenly appears wearing a stylish towel or bathrobe right before entering the shower or immediately after coming out of it. In a setting with a cracked cement house, rusty appliances, worn furniture, and an old iron shower, that kind of detail can feel less grounded and more like a spa aesthetic than everyday life.

The issue is not censorship itself, but the specific way it is being handled. There are many alternatives that could preserve modesty without forcing textiles into every situation. Even a simple black box, or a stronger and more opaque blur if needed, would work better for many players. It could even be adapted by region, since games have often used different censorship standards depending on the country or market. In many Western countries, non-sexual nudity is not seen as a problem, especially when it is already softened with blur or similar effects, so a lighter approach could make sense there.

More broadly, sometimes the game feels too focused on “wealthy” aesthetics, both in character creation and build mode. But many of us genuinely enjoy playing with poverty, dirt, age, decay, and imperfection. There is a lot of fun in telling stories in an old house where the furniture has not been replaced in 30 years, the walls are worn out, and maybe a family of spiders has been living in the corner of the living room for generations. Decadence can be just as fun, immersive, and creative as luxury.

inZOI has huge storytelling potential, and I think supporting poorer, rougher, older, and less polished lifestyles would make that potential even stronger.

It may not to you, but it’s something that’s been requested for months quite frequently because people are having a hard time getting around the cities without one. But family gameplay and baby/toddler items are things that are planned to be expanded upon and listed on the fundamentals/roadmap too it’s just a matter of when lol.
They plan to add toddler/child play facilities such as trampolines, toy cars, swings, toys, play mats, baby swing,
and safety gates
Add infant/toddler swimming tools such as pool floats and arm tubes

Add infant/toddler hair and outfits
Add body shape adjustment options for infants and toddlers,
including head size and body
proportions

Add infant/toddler childcare items such as beds, car seats, walkers, bouncers, and diaper changing tables
As for genetics—- Enhance genetics system where
body type, talents, diseases, and tendencies are inherited from parents

I do want the minimap so I think it’s great that that’s coming but I really want my toddlers not sleeping on a floor cot, a slider for age spans so my zois aren’t aging up super quickly, adding actual function to the baby/toddler items already in game, and an option to change surnames. before anyone comments ab it alr being on the roadmap, yes I’m WELL aware 👌🏾

For the automatic interruptions, does it fully cancel the task they were doing or does it simply pause the task they were doing until they fulfill their needs? Say the zoi is working on the computer like in the video, if they are automatically interrupted to use the bathroom, do they go back to the computer to resume task afterwards? If not, I feel like them automatically resuming the task after their needs are met is best for more realistic feel. I know when I am studying, I will pause, grab a snack to eat, and then resume afterwards.

Here are some other “upcoming interactive items” from some months ago that I don’t recall have arrived yet, and (as someone else mentioned too) that beautiful tea set!

Will these items still be added and interactive, Kjun? 🙏☺️ I am so excited to have that tea set in the game the most. I’d love to have other tea set styles in the game as well after this one is added!

Amazing, I love it, especially I'm excited about the multitasking improvement.

🍴🗣️ Speaking of multitasking: Zois should ALWAYS talk while eating and sharing a table, nobody sits in silence eating with someone else, even if it's a stranger. Nowadays, if you don't suggest the option to talk, they almost never do it autonomously.

So I know pets are probably something planned for next year but I figured I’d just put the thought out there lol. I think it would be really cool if the thread where players post their cats was actually used as designs for cats in the game and maybe we could even send in 30 second clips of random things our cats do that can be used to make them as realistic as possible 😅. A Boy Scout is a member of a national scouting program for boys, typically between the ages of 11 and 17. The program focuses on developing character, citizenship, leadership, and personal fitness in young people. Boy Scouts participate in community service projects and plan their own activities, learning teamwork and leadership skills.

It would be so cute seeing little scout Zois at booths selling cookies or popcorn in Bliss Bay. Also, to earn badges out child Zois can complete quests. They can be, throwing away trash they see in the street or offer directions to a lost Zoi. Things like this can really help enhance child gameplay.

I was kinda hoping that instead of a mini-map, they would have the map show up on the zoi's phone. I feel like it would definitely be beneficial for players of different playstyles but I am more drawn to exploring the map on my own but still having the option of a convenient map being able to show up on the side of my screen when I need it. Mini maps otherwise can just be more cluttering UI that I find visually distracting.

I feel like they might be working on something like this, though, since the map has been linked on the phone as an app since day 1 (albeit without an actual map directly on the phone). Would also come in handy if they add navigation and you can use a gps in a car and then still have it going on your phone if you choose to get out and walk a distance on foot.

Hello, thank you Kjun for your message and for the monumental task your team must be undertaking! There's so much to do! Especially when the Zoi will have tanned skin? And with buffs, because they can apply oil but their skin tone doesn't change. Without buffs, it could be tanned skin, a perfect tan, or sunburn. Soothing creams to lessen the negative buff, being happy to be happy to be tanned, being proud of a perfect tan... For now, this interaction makes no sense... Also, the flip-flops in their swimsuits aren't removed when they go swimming...

I think it would be really helpful if major updates for inZOI had a short community testing period before the official release.

The idea is simple: before launching a big update, the developers could release a test version for about one or two weeks. During this time, we as players could explore the new features, try different gameplay situations, and share feedback about bugs, balance issues, or mechanics that may not feel right yet.

We often experience the game in ways developers might not anticipate, so this kind of testing could reveal problems or improvement opportunities early. It would also allow us to suggest ideas or adjustments that could make the update even better before it becomes the final version.

After collecting the feedback, the developers could review the reports, fix important issues, and make adjustments before releasing the official update. This would help ensure that the final version is more stable, polished, and enjoyable for everyone.

I believe this approach could save time in the long run, reduce the need for urgent patches after release, and strengthen the connection between the developers and the community. It would also make us feel more involved in the evolution of the game.

Animations like partners walk while holding eachother's hand, long hugs, partner rest their head on our shoulder, a long animation for talking while hugging or while resting on shoulder and pulling up the blanket to cover a sleeping partner. Hi Kjun & the team! These updates look amazing!

I’m especially looking forward to the memory system. This could add enormous depth to the gameplay if implemented in a meaningful way.

One thing I wanted to adress as part of the Fundamentals First is the genetics system. Many have wished for it to be reviewed, to a) generate mixes of both parents’ genes (not possible atm) and b) balance the opposite gender versions of face presets. This would mean a lot for family and generational play.

Any updates on this topic as it hasn’t been addressed in a while?

i definitely would be for putting the age rating up a bit as inzoi has so much potential to bring in some more mature content with crimes etc. I really would love to have a mobster sort of life style for one of my inzois.

also i would love to be able to choose traits my zois are attracted to. it could give the zoi a lot more personality.
imagine a bookworm girl being secretly attracted to bad boy mobsters. or fitness enthusiast attracted to girl thats an animal lover.

also rather than cellulite sliders, i want forehead sliders and improvements to eyebrow areas as atm you have to be very careful when playing around with the forehead and eyebrows or you get weird bumps you can NEVER get rid of.
also with lips i would love ways to make lips less plump as sometimes the options are: tiny lips or lips filled with Botox look.

id love supernaturals but with options to toggle on and off because sometimes i want more realism... but please consider mermaid gameplay

As someone who enjoys the business gameplay, I'm really looking forward to the next update. I'm especially excited about the flower shop and the delivery feature. I hope the delivery feature will be connected to the business system so that it can also be used for food delivery.

I also tried the new engine. I didn't notice any dramatic changes, but the noise was reduced and the facial expressions looked improved. I was satisfied because I don't like exaggerated expressions.

I would like to make one final suggestion. I heard that your team is developing a terrain editing tool. Could you add mountains as a terrain type and include them in Korean cities? I feel that Dowon has fewer advantages compared to other cities. Other cities have the sea, but Dowon doesn't. River activities could be added, but they might feel less attractive than the sea.

One thing that sets Korean cities apart from those in other countries is the mountains. I hope mountains can be places where characters can improve their athletic ability or relax. It would also be nice if we could enjoy picnics at the top.

And I agree with the other comments we should be able to travel without buying a house and allowing business to stay even after to visit another city

Characters should place objects where they're supposed to be and not place it somewhere on a table and it ends up on the opposite end

Hey Kjun! I really love the video! You and the dev team are doing an amazing job! As far as the car seats I would love to be able to use them for newborns and toddlers as well. I've always wanted to take my newborns and toddlers out to a park or somewhere like that!! I know i can walk to the park with my toddler but who wants to always walk when you have a car lol. The newborns car seat can be smaller and specifically for newborns of course, and we can either carry the newborn car seats in hand or sit it down while baby is still sitting in it watching the family and we're all having a picnic together! Things like that melts my heart ❤️. Also it would be really nice if this update included toddler beds so our toddlers can stop sleeping on the floor!! Also the ability to go up and down the stairs without having to use fast travel when carrying your toddler in your arms.

Add a Vengeful Trait with these details 👇

I’ve seen players ask for Zois to be more chaotic, so I thought of adding a Vengeful trait. A Vengeful Zoi would be different from the Lawbreaker and Troublemaker traits. Instead of causing general trouble, they would specifically target people who have wronged them or annoyed them.

Vengeful Zois could seek revenge by:

  • Physically fighting.
  • Breaking property or sabotaging property.
  • Sending insulting or cursed gifts.
  • Trying to break up relationships
  • Creating Rumors
  • Using tarot cards or other occult tools to learn about their target.
  • Vengeful zois could also perform dark rituals to harm someone, such as sending ghosts, demons, illness, or bad luck their victim’s way.

Because these rituals involve supernatural harm, Soul Guides could be called to cleanse or protect the targeted person. This would give the Soul Guides a more meaningful role in gameplay. If the player is a ghost, a Vengeful npc could even call upon a Ghost Player when performing a ritual. (This will give ghost play even more engagements).

It'll also be cute if we can have baby walkers and baby bouncer chairs like these!!! Along with the strollers, and even pacifiers. Inzoi babies/toddlers cry a lot lol so it'll be cool to be able to give them a pacifier sometimes! I dont really play family gameplays. Never really cared to even play it in the sims 4 because I felt like they were lacking in that area unless you play with mods. I have a ps5 so I couldn't play with mods and I didn't want to always be on my fiance's pc just to play mods. So it was just boring to me. But now inzoi team you have me really excited to do family gameplays!!! Please keep expanding on this also!!!

@feral creek Lol! Yes I felt the same way when I first saw that kid. @dusk patrol I think for the kids they should have booster seats instead so the kid won't look so big in the car seat. Booster seats are mostly for 4 year olds and up to probably 10 i think, I guess depending on where you're from. They look more like these. You can also take the back off of these and just have the seats which is cool. Im not saying have it where we can take the back off and everything because that's doing too much, but these booster seats are more for the preschooler to kid age range. It would be nice to have a preschooler stage someday down the line.

@dense gazelle yea you're right about the multitasking. Zois also shouldn't be so sync with each other while eating and doing other things. When zois are in conversation and one of the zois stops talking to eat, the other zoi should still keep talking instead of waiting for that zoi to stop eating so they both can talk again. Other interactions are like that also, i just cant think of them rn. Also with the eating together, yes zois should gather at the table with each other, rather they're at home or out somewhere. When a zoi finds a seat and sit down, the other zois.. especially if they're in a household together or grouped up, should always find a sit at the same table with each other.

A Concern About the Memory System and Storage
A concern people should have for the system is—what happens if too many memories builds up and older memories gets deleted because of storage limits?
If that’s the case, it would be great if players could manually lock certain memories so they can’t be removed. I wouldn’t want my Zoi to forget important memories due to technical limits. 😅

Also, it would be nice to have tool options to delete certain memories manually if the memory somehow wrong, or have an additional search bar to easily find old memories we wish to read again.

Kjun thank you once again for the updates! First off I love being able to grow flowers and give them out because I do love my flowers lol I do however wish we can cook any recipe without needing specific types of grown foods. I prefer growing flowers over veggies. I also LOVE having holidays added to the calendar!!! I do wonder how that will work though? Because I hope we can have that Christmas event back any day we want to during winter. I also hope we can get a Easter egg hunt for Spring so that can be added to that calendar system. I hope we can get back the holiday event items as well because starting a new game lost my items. So I do hope we can re get these items from this Calendar system. I love the pinata!! That really is so cute! I can use that for parties! I also love the new dresses, I hope we get formal hairstyles to match like wedding hair styles and formal event styles. I will include example pics. I been wondering if we will ever get lot types? I been highly requesting this because I want to be able to build on any buildable lot and select a lot type to build my own public venues. Not a business type, but just basic public lots. I want to be able to select what kind of lot I want like we had in sims. Anything from a house, park, theater, gym, pool, bar, club, lounge, restaurant, cafe, bakery, mall, hotel, shop, etc.

Please give us the ability to bring up memories to other zois. Maybe we can bring up memories through conversations dialogues, phone messaging, letters, and diary. Two zois who are involved in a memory should KNOW they both are the cause of that memory.

Edit: I wonder if the memory system will have a date of how long ago an memory had happened—it can be for old and recent memories. Example, Memory: 2 days ago.

Will there ever be some prominent characters mixed with LLM AI System for storytelling?

For example:

  • A Player may encounter a person who visits the park often because they use to visit this place with their love ones who has passed.
  • A Player may encounter a homeless man who believes the world is a stimulation and that homeless man will inform the player about the stimulation.
  • A Players may encounter a npc who loves traveling the world and this npc can be seen in Down, BlissBay, and Cahaya doing activities. (Kind like a Easter Egg)
  • A Player may encounter a npc near the dock or boat who believes there’s a big creature in the ocean somewhere—and the npc swears they will discover it.

While playing I was thinking out loud it would be great for family gameplay that as our zois children grow up they get prompts for preferences, romantic interests(teens/YA), ambitions/life goals based on how often the children interact or show interest in something. That way players can see how the children lives can shape up, and we the player can benefit more from the memory system

I am so excited for the mini map!! I was just thinking that we need a waypoint system, so we can see where we are going while we are driving. The mini map will be perfect. Especially if we can highlight the destination, we want to go to and it shows us the route. Im so excited 😊 🤗!!

It's great hearing you are ahead of schedule on the current roadmap. Everything coming looks great so far. Also that map looks bigger than the one we have in game, hoping that is a subtle hint of a map expansion to use in the future.
I am hoping that the police career gets brought in as well. One of my biggest points of hype in the update as it was my favorite career in the sims. Though since this game has interactive crime... crime has become my favorite 'career' in inzoi xD

Long term my hopes are foor the larger buildings, schools and prisons being my top two. Given I play criminal a lot, I am hoping that the prisons can make losing a bit more fun. It's supposed to be a punishment for the zoi, but it should have interesting interactions for the player. It could be fun for when your crime spree inevitable catches up with you.

For crime I would like to see some form of criminal organizations make it in. I do like that the focus is on less violent crimes for now, but as the age rating goes up as has been hinted, I'd like to see some darker content, since I do like to play evil characters. It's my favorite form of escapism. I'd like to see murder and other wrongful deaths make it in. Along with maybe in a less dark turn some black market selling and such. Adding the criminal side of the game which is already pretty nice so far.

I'd like to see a couple of different food varieties added. More american style stuff in particular for bliss bay zois, as the selection is a little lacking atm. Just as my most basic thing I'd like to see.

As for careers, of course with my obsession with the crime side, I'd like to see lawyer get in. But also some more interactive careers like doctors and nurses would be great. Love the idea of the freelancer being like a door dasher or such. I'd love a teaching career for when we get functioning schools, as well as more part time jobs featuring some of the other stoor locations, like the clothing and beach stores. When prisons are added, guards would be fun to play as well.

Always going to love to see more romance interactions, one complaint on the interactivity side though for me is how long it takes to raise fitness skills. So equipment free exercise would be nice. Maybe a jogging mechanic or something of the like. I'd also like to see handiwork be easier to level, maybe break it off from cleaning, and make the cleaning skill (which is easy to level) work by vacuuming and such, but repairs using handiwork.

Love seeing the work done so far, and looking forward to more.

I really like the idea of the florist stuff and growing and making flower arrangements coming to the game. When I was playing with the Cahaya update with a Zoi in Cahaya and trying out the farming and collecting, I was wishing I could grow flowers and craft and sell flower arrangements. I'm so happy that's coming. It's going to add so much to this save.

I've been playing the new engine 5.6 and I'm really impressed, not just by the beautiful graphics but also by the improved facial expressions. I was like a dumb smiling at the screen because everything looks so good and the zois feel so alive. I can't believe there's even more graphic improvement coming by the end of March 🙊.

Thanks kjun and the inzoi team, I remember saying graphics and animations weren't that important but seeing this beta, I'm eating my words. Now the only things I feel are missing to give it that realism boost are better lipsync, a more fluid transition between animations (so the idle animation doesn't pop up in between), and for the small talk animations to not be so repetitive or pop up when they're not needed

Hi Kjun! I’d like to suggest an overhaul of the current delivery mechanics to further enhance the "Life Simulation" experience.

Currently, items often "spawn" instantly at the doorstep, which feels a bit immersion-breaking. I suggest implementing a Physical NPC Delivery System:

Parcel Delivery (Couriers): Instead of magic boxes appearing, I hope to see NPC Couriers physically delivering online purchases to the door.

Separation of Services: It would be much more realistic to distinguish between Courier Services (Logistics) and Food Delivery.

Visual & Interactive Details: Food delivery workers should carry specific takeaway bags/thermal boxes and perform a "hand-over" or "doorstep drop-off" animation.

Integrating these daily service NPCs would make the neighborhoods feel much more active and alive!

Someone previously suggested receiving certain notifications through the mailbox.

For example:

  • Local club invitations (e.g. fitness club)
  • Welfare payments and home farm kit offers

I really like this idea. Personally, I find it overwhelming to have general notifications mixed with social communications on the phone. It also seems more realistic to receive general information from strangers in the mail rather than receiving text messages from strangers.

Also, it could allow for fun criminal opportunities. After a natural disaster or extreme weather, your zoi could go through other people’s mail looking for welfare payments.

Should it really take more than 20 zoi minutes to make a cup of coffee. employees waste so much time and don't do their job they are supposed to do, they come to work 2 hours late then they have something to eat maybe then they have a nap on a sofa then they might go to make a coffee, you think oh great they are gonna start doing their job, but no, they then go to a table to drink that coffee thamselves. I think krafton really need to do a lot more work on businesses. zois should be able to order at the counter the same way your zoi can.

And logically, how would you clear a memory entry? Trauma is something that affects the entire life until it’s resolved – that’s what the blue “Resolved” bar is indicating. Sure, they can make changes if they want, but the core logic of the memory system… just bravo 👏

Would it be possible to add a new crime type in the future? More specifically art fogeries. Zois can forge a lot of famous real world art and sell it for profit and mayhe even get caught. A lot of old paintings in real life fall under the public domain and therefore dont require licensing fees. And maybe give an intern a task to try and "forge" these paintings to create very bad art that can be used in game for zois with a low skill level? 🤣 cause there's something special about funny, badly drawn art

To make wandering around town fun, there needs to be a variety of features that allow you to experience a unique energy when visiting public areas, and for NPCs to each display their own unique behaviors.
For example:

  • When my zoi visits a club, it should already be bustling with people and the music should be loud.
    Right now, there are few people, or only a few people gather around when my zoi arrives. The music from the DJ booth can only be heard up close, so it's barely audible inside the club. It's just quiet.
    At the bar, the bartender should be making drinks and chatting with customers, while NPCs should be voluntarily sitting at the bar, ordering drinks, toasting, and chatting.
    They should also be seen dancing with couples or friends.

  • When I go to the beach or pool, my zoi is the only one enjoying the swim.
    There aren't any NPCs swimming, boating, or snorkeling, so there's no atmosphere for fun.

  • At the playground, children should be enjoying the slides, swings, and seesaws, but I don't see a single child using them.

Currently, these details are lacking, making it difficult to immerse yourself in the environment and making visiting public spaces less enjoyable. Please review these issues first.

Now that the flower arranging feature has been added for the flower shop, I'd really like to see the restaurant feature properly implemented next.

The waiter will show you to your seat, and you can look at the menu and chat with your group to choose what to eat.
You can choose a single dish, or you can choose a full course, including appetizer, main course, dessert, and drinks.
Once you've decided on a dish, I'd like to see various physical interactions at the table while you wait for your meal.

They might touch each other's hands, blow a kiss, or, if they're sitting next to you, put their arms around each other's shoulders.

Once the food is served, they might feed each other or offer a toast.

If they are a couple, they may propose by giving a ring!

I'd also like to see an event where a secret food critic visits the restaurant to review the food.
If the critic is satisfied, their positive reviews will be posted online, leading to more customers.

There should also be an event where a customer with a particularly picky behavior appears. They bully or cause trouble for their employees.
Depending on how they handle this situation, rumors will spread on social media.

It’s just a concern so the developers are aware IF these issues does exists, then they should address it before the memory system comes out. It not unreasonable to ask about memory storage limits. (Some players also play with aging turned off)

And some people might play as a particular zoi for a really long time where memories may continue to build up. So this is a reasonable concern. Also, we can scroll throw memories but a search bar would make it easier to find word triggers, so you can find the specific memories you want to find faster. For examples the donut store doesn’t have a search bar so it’s hard to find the exact donut you are looking for so search bar is a need.

Edit: I’m not sure how you’re confused though, because you can see on the recent memory in the video it has a scroll bar. We should have search bar tool to search specific memories if we wish to go back to read them, in case there’s too many memories to go through in these tabs.

Oh, unless you’re specifically talking about me suggesting a tool to allow deleting certain memories we want manually. I was actually referring to the written down memory shown. As someone who has use AI chats where it stores memories, sometimes the AI gets a memory wrong. I’m not sure if they are using AI to collect memory to put in the memory system though, but a tool to delete what appears as mistake here (photo below) would be good

Memories that affect how a Zoi thinks and acts in the future is incredible and I can't wait to see that in action! Also looooove the ability to turn off effects. I hope it isn't only for photomode, but you can do it in live mode as well. I love being as immersed as possible, and seeing floating music notes from speakers and Zoi always breaks that for me.

@dense gazelle ohhh… for some reason I was absolutely sure the psychologist / psychiatrist / therapist were on the roadmap, since it was one of the highly requested aspects of the game, and I was honestly surprised it wasn’t there. Omg, with all the varying degrees of traumatic events, they are really necessary, and with shared memories and relationship logs we could even have joint sessions.

  • maybe the ways to resolve trauma could be hidden at first, and going to a therapist, or turning to psychological books and self‑reflection, could help reveal those ways
  • if Zoi don’t work through the traumas and player keep pushing them into traumatic events, a mental breakdown can happen
    -# (I previously described many possible variants, such as hide in room, tantrum in room, sad wandering, food binge, pill binge, psychotic wandering, insulting, targeted tantrum, giving up and living…)
  • with relationships: things can keep escalating, until the old resentments are finally eased, and if nothing is worked through, a breakup can happen – and in certain cases, even a breakdown
  • and if nothing is done even after that, then the methods get more complicated – for example, sedatives and staying in a hospital

Absolutely – a school psychologist, though ppl already wrote about them in the previous brainstorm (+Persona 5 Royal)

Another Concern With Memories 👇
If we are going to have an LLM AI dialogue system as shown in the video 👇 then the memory system should also store memories from conversations (as shown in the video below). This way, when we talk to an NPC again later in LLM AI, it can remember our previous interactions. Also, if the AI generates wrong memory scenarios then we need a writing editing tool in the memory system.

Honestly, I’m getting tired of how much hyper‑control there is over the devs (and strong grip), even with half-baked systems, and I often can’t even tell why one system disappeared, or why another one suddenly changed. I just can’t keep up with the authors’ vision. For example:
-# • aging and day length: some players asked for changes, and to this day some players are still waiting for aging control and the adjustment of the 96‑min need depletion
-# • Karma: some started suggesting toggle/changes, and because the rework was too complex, it got disabled, ghost play lost its whole concept -> revision
-# • the promising personality system (2 systems): some said they didn’t like it, and we all lost BOTH -> revision (x2?)
-# • the old HUD: it was a super sleek, but we all lost it -> revision

And there are so many of these back‑and‑forth redesign nuances, over and over again. Even the new autonomy approach will only be considered in R&D by summer, and time is relentlessly pushing us toward deadlines. There can’t be a perfect game, but at least it could be a coherent one, not half‑polished and half‑missing.

Honestly, I agree. I also think the InZOI team needs to think of all possibilities before making something and putting it in game. I do wish for some systems to be more completed before they are implemented.

Maybe I am also being criticized here lol. But I don’t think I had ever ask Kjun to remove his designed systems, unless I had forgotten. but I only remember asking to include and expand things within it when it’s lacking or confusing. I had no issues with the old UI or current one, so I don’t understand the debate happening about it. People had also complain about the cat’s eyes or triangle logo, which I don’t know why that was a previous issue. I have no idea why the old map had changed either.

Edit: Okay, maybe I did because of the bath towel. Maybe the dough animation too because the animation needs a little fixing.

The Memory System was part of the cancelled roadmap. The readiness of systems is determined by the design document. Hypothetically, the devs can expand it endlessly and still get no effect (TS4 as a bad example), but they can also make it compact (TS2 as a good example) where everything works together as a whole.
As for LLM, Kjun mentioned:

LLM-based model … enabling NPCs to form relationships and retain memories.

  • at the very least, we have the Shared Memories tab and the Relationship Log, there is no basis for disbelief.

I sincerely apologize to the mods for this reply, having my idea get lost among all the repeating posts, I realize how inconvenient that can be for others, there will be no more replies outside of ideas

Speaking of this, I remember something.

Kjun, regarding supernatural Elements talked on Wednesday—Since it has not yet been programmed, I want to say that I think supernatural elements may be better off as DLCs, because some players may want to become the supernatural creatures themselves or create one. (And I don’t think Kjun is striving for InZOI to be fantasy driven)

But, if Kjun ends up putting supernatural Spirits for base game anyways—Please allow people to toggle it off supernatural elements AND the default settings for it should be off. Also, Supernatural Spirits should be VERY RARE to encounter. Please. I am more interested in Asian folklore.

Reading your post, I want to reiterate this to the developers.

The problem is that if they wanted to change, they should have made it look better than before, but the result is a worse version.
For example, the UI design or the personality system.
As I mentioned before, the developers should have chosen the approach of "keeping the original look, but showing a step forward."
However, instead of changing, they've eliminated the good parts and continue to show a worse version.
It would have been better if they had kept the UI design concept and slightly refined it. Instead, they completely changed the design, making it a Tetris-like, square, and lacking in personality.
The new design falls short of showcasing inzoi's unique charm.
Furthermore, the personality system has removed several existing personalities and added a crude feature called "add detail selection."This simply makes the game feel like The Sims.

They should have gone beyond simply pursuing change, but instead maintained the current system while presenting it in a more advanced form.

I'd like to strongly recommend that the developers take a look at the personality system we talked about before.

When the first version only allowed players to choose a single traits, it felt too simple and didn't give players much choice. So they asked for the ability to choose sub-personalities.
So the developers just made it similar to Sims, where you choose a traits and then choose a detailed personality.This seems like a hastily decided approach.

The traits system based on the Enneagram is a unique system of inzoi that is different from The Sims.
To showcase the unique charm of Inzoi, which is different from The Sims, while also addressing player needs, it would have been better to change the order.

Rather than selecting a trait and then selecting a sub-personality,

players should have been given the option to combine sub-personalities early on,and then have the Enneagram's traits be the final result.

This way, from the player's perspective, it is more immersive and convincing because it is the result of a personality that they created themselves.

Furthermore, simply describing a character's personality with a single trait like "Extroverted," "Genius," or "Exciting" is not recommended, as it's similar to The Sims.
It would be better to allow for the combination of various traits like Extroversion, Conscientiousness, and Intelligence into "numerical values," allowing for more detailed differentiation for each zoi.

Basically yes, this is exactly what I was proposing back in Sep-Oct: to take a model similar to Big Five / OCEAN (+ 30‑trait Truity test) – the same progressive one the devs originally introduced with the Psycat and the “Who am I?” notebook, and break its traits down into Enneagram traits, giving the whole system a dynamic component. So I’m completely on the same page with you guys, while it’s still not too late…

This time, I tried to keep everything that already existed and simply connect it through the expanded Enneagram, making sure every existing trait and characteristic found its place.

  1. Enneagram wings – 27 traits (behavioural roles), I kept both the old 18 traits, the new ones (Recluse, Rulebreaker, Troublemaker), and updated traits like Advocate, People Person, Motivator, Idealist‑Romantic (not Dreamer), Iconoclast, Questioner
  2. Enneagram Keywords + Big Five – the core personality traits through which behavioural roles are formed, including core characteristics like Intro/Extroverted, Emotionally Needy, Cheerful, Depressed, Malicious, Smart, Workaholic
  3. Quirks and Lifestyles – including characteristics like Bookworm, Childish, Clumsy, Fitness enthusiast, Lively, Materialistic, Neat Freak, Slacker

Overall, I really hope that this time something finally clicks for the devs and they finally see the potential of everything they’ve created over these two years for the personality system.

✈️ Please fix bug that makes your Zoi unable to travel even after they've sold their business
📍 For the minimap, please add ability to mark location (waypoint) you want to travel to and show on minimap (see example image attached). Also add details to show the streets to better orient yourself or allow for GPS navigation to specified waypoint. Add ability to set preferences like show player's house, place of employment or business, favorite location, etc.
🚗 For the delivery freelance service: please add more layers of consequence to the game with this new career. If you take too long to deliver, the recipient will be annoyed, angry, maybe leave a bad review. Or if delivered quickly, they will be happy and complimentary, give a good tip.
🚗 Please allow ability to receive and deliver orders with the florist shops, cafes, bakeries, etc.
🍸 Please fix clubs so NPCs can order drinks at bar. So far we can only click on bartender and order drinks, but as a club owner, NPCs cannot order drinks. This actually applies to cafes, bakeries, etc as NPCs cannot order specific items. We can only stock display cases for them to purchase from.

Congratulations to the team, for the dedication in listening to the player and improving the game more and more, one of the things that a life simulation game has to be great and perfect is in what you say things of the day like eating, preparing food, sleeping and this is still in my opinion kind of bad, with many breaks in the animation, the way they eat is strange, they could use both hands fork and knife, release the hand only when drinking something, in food preparation it is still very coarse the animation lacks a polish and smoother transitions, The food on the plate could disappear until it runs out, as far as sleeping is concerned, there could be more positions in bed, dreams and nightmares.

sorry to be so repetitive about it but could the devs create an animation where the zois places the plate right where they're going to eat? it feels so immersion breaking when they leave the plate at one end of the table and teleport to the other end. it's those silly details that are just so annoying because you see them all the time

I really wish we had grocery stores as another option to buy food. I prefer actually going to a grocery store and using a cart and buying food. Also realistically we should only need produce to cook meals and not specific types of specially shaped grown veggies. I don't always want to grow veggies to make certain meals if I already bought veggies and they are in my Zois inventory. I don't really care much to grow produce. I prefer flowers. So I find this irritating if I want to make a specific meal and it requires rare items to prepare that meal. Please change this!!

also... i really need forehead sliders.... atm the forehead and eyebrow areas are really had to edit as the foreheads look wayyy too big ( my forehead is not even half that size) and eyebrows give weird bumps if u move them around.

However, I feel I now have no choice to bring back my old request again since we received no new news yet and it was pushed back from the December update to Q1-2026, which is just around the corner...

Can we get a menu option to customize each of the age group lengths? Please ? For some of us, ever since the 0.2.0 update (that was last June !) we really are having issues enjoying the current age group lengths. While playing young adult for 30 days is fun, the fact it takes 40 days to reach that group (and makes a generation 42 days) is very annoying.

Now there was talk in October 2025 saying it was scheduled for dec2025. Then it was pushed back, but since then new news, no previews, nothing.

Please implement this as soon as convenient for the team.
Playing any "Serious" games of InZOI is impossible until we can get that control.

I'm excited! I watch every one of your development video updates! It seems that since the holiday, you are a lot more excited! It's good to hear the enthusiasm in your voice! I do have a question: with the amount of new content and fixes, will there be anything related to family gameplay? Such as cribs and changing tables, etc. If not, that's completely understandable, since there are a lot of animations and other components. I just want all of us to keep our expectations realistic, and I'm excited for the 1 year annivasary update! It's going to be a blast! You should do a countdown or a special video! To celebrate this amazing community and game in general!

Hi Kjun! I’d like to provide some feedback on the current sofa interaction mechanics.

Currently, having to manually click through menus and select avatars for every interaction feels a bit tedious and breaks the immersion. I hope to see these interactions become more autonomous:

Contextual Autonomy: When two Zois with a high relationship level sit together, they should automatically initiate actions (like chatting, leaning, or cuddling) based on their current moods.

Reducing "Selection Fatigue": We should be able to watch them interact organically without the constant need for manual "Portrait Selection" or menu diving.

Moving from a Menu-Driven system to a Context-Driven autonomous flow would make the social experience feel much more natural and alive!

This is a big issue for me in a room thats full of zois, most of them just stand/sit around staring into space and not interacting with each other(just like sims 4 ) zois should constantly be having a multitude and varied social interactions with each other the majority of the time chatting laughing arguing flirting even fighting dependant on thier psychology the sims 2 currently has better social interaction and autonomy please Kjun and inzoi devs make this better than what the sims 2 currently has

This is a small thing but I do feel that the current graffiti and street art system feels limited. The following suggestions aim to make it more creative, interactive, and meaningful for players. These changes would help players influence the atmosphere of a neighborhood through gameplay while expressing creativity.

Graffiti and Street Art Features

Skill System

  • Connect graffiti/street art to the existing Art skill, or create a new dedicated skill.
  • Unlock more designs as the player’s skill level increases.

Free Placement

  • Allow players to place graffiti or street art on any wall in the game environment.
  • This creates more freedom and more realistic artistic expression.

Option for Clean Walls

  • Remove the mandatory spray‑can icon for placement.
  • This allows players to create a clean, simple wall design if they prefer.

Custom Designs

  • Allow players to combine images, edit artwork, or add text.
  • This would let players create personalized or unique street art.

Consequences and City Influence

Cleanup Donations

  • Allow players to donate money to a charity or city group that cleans graffiti.

hey Kjun, thank you for your hard work! I like to play sometimes with as much of my gameplay dictated by my zoi's urges and personality as possible, and for this type of gameplay i'd love for there to be more detailed and varied urges that pop-up, particularly in regards to choices that will affect the zoi's future. For example urges to:

  • get a job at (employer)
  • do homework
  • drop out of school
  • reply to (zoi here)'s message
  • text (zoi)
  • call (zoi) over
  • ask (zoi) out on a date
  • cheat on (zoi) with (zoi)
  • move to a new place
  • go on holiday

all would be positive additions. I'd also like for there to be a real purpose to use the hospital - perhaps zois could NEED to go there (as in, if they don't, they die) when they are ill, or having a baby. They should also be able to go in for plastic surgery!!!

what I would love the most with some stuff though is more of a reason to go out clothes shopping, or going to the hair/nail salon, because atm you can just go to a drawer you have in your house I believe and change everything there. What sims 2 did (sorry to being up another game) is when you initially chose your outfit then that was it for them unless they went to a clothing shop and got more clothes and ive never seen that type of thing implimented ever again, it was my favourite part because it got me out and a reason to go to shops

Not sure how easy this can be implemented but the zoi on the bottom left joined a conversation with the two on the right, and decided to sit on the chair far away. In this case I think it would be nice to see her sit at the chair closer and just turn her body or the chair slightly to face them? That would be so cool and add lots of detail

I'd prefer more focus on solution different type of bugs ocurrying since Cahaya, Halloween and Christmas, and other little bugs I know you can solve but there is no time because of the new work, and make better the multitasking; THAN ADDING MORE NEW CONTENT, cause this new content will have its bugs too. I read the Report of Known Issues of March and I felt very dissapointed cause now I watch this video and is like "When will they fix ALL OF THE OTHER THINGS? So much things? And these new functions look cool but will came with new bugs, so it stress me out"

Essentials for truly fun at the beach and pool:

  • Diving board, small slide, water skiing

  • Swimming animations on a tube

  • Lots of beach activities: sandcastle building, sand bathing, beach volleyball

  • Sitting around a campfire, chatting, playing guitar, and singing along

  • More interactions with others while swimming: kissing, teaching them to swim, splashing, and competing for the longest underwater time

  • NPCs swimming, diving, using slides, snorkeling, and boating

I was disappointed that these features weren't added in the Island DLC. There are too many things missing right now to make it fun to play.

As we know, after v0.3 the lighting started to shift toward yellow. For comparison: the trailer vs. the current version. I don’t think UDS showed accurate lighting in either case, but in the current build the sunset light already feels like it’s happening at 3PM, then a strong muddy‑brown haze from inscattering gets added on top of that, and the magic of the golden hour fades away.

In the trailer, the palette used to be more temperature-balanced, the aerial perspective and subsurface scattering (the light bleed on the palm leaves against the sun) were much clearer, and even halo appeared around the sun. Sure, yellowish lighting is cheaper to render, but I think exposing a few LUT preset options for the players to choose from would be much more reasonable.

Another lost element of the game’s next‑gen visual design, which has been mentioned a lot recently, is the city map on the tablet with high-quality volumetric lighting, shadows, tilt‑shift blur, and the ability to zoom in very close (or, as people called it, the 3D Map, meaning not a flat “paper” mock‑up like it is now, but a living miniature of the city in a SimCity‑style look)

Please restore it as an optional feature for high‑end PCs, it was one of inZOI’s hallmark next‑gen visuals.

  1. I don’t see the build‑buy (BB-mode) buildings on the map, only pre‑made shells. Since you keep replacing pre‑made buildings with BB‑mode ones, the map becomes empty, leaving only blank fields and markers. Please add all building shells (baked LODs) to the map regardless of construction method or building type.

– the smartphone widgets like “Change Schedule”, “My Location” (Mini Map), and “Memo” (they resembled real-life widgets)
– Psycat on the tall stool in CAZ
– the circular trait menu with the rectangular trait card – a perfect balance of shapes
– the circular avatar, the rectangular action panel, and the airy, “equalizer”-like emotion bars in the old HUD – a perfect balance of shapes, acrylic blur, and transparency
– the old font (before Roboto), again: straight line, rounding, everything was built almost on the golden ratio, and now it’s becoming square or simply generic.

MEMORY SYSTEM

  • I really like the memory system and after translating some of the images. Seeing that zoi can develop a multitude of phobias. I really wish that this was apart of the trait system or able to be a part of a more complex trait system- that would still allow it to develop externally. But I wish it also was something we could select in CAZ creating the zois.
  • I'm also wondering with the memory system if zois will be able to remember how the weather was each day? Because I seen another screenshot that mentioned 'I had my first date, it was a sunny day and the cherry blossom tree was in full bloom'. This is a very detailed memory. Would you consider having memories this complex? Fine details that build on to the memories they store. Things like: weather, how many people were around, who helped or didn't in a situation, even just observing someone getting proposed to in public at a park on a rainy day- could be part of randomly stored memory.
  • It'd be nice to have zois remember what other zois did both directly towards them or towards others both good and bad. Like in the game Life By You they had the ability to see everything and remember everything that happened around them, not just with people but their environment, be it the weather/events/fights/scandals/stealing/etc.. I also liked they noticed characters behaviors Even when that character thought no one was watching.

QUEST SYSTEM
I was so soo excited seeing this because this is something I've been talking about since I first saw it in Life By You, and I'm sure others have too. And now it's finally here ❤️ I mostly have questions about this such as 1) Will we be able to set the time limit and date quests need to be completed by? I ask based off the UI shown. **2) Can a zoi complete more than one task at a time for the same zoi and also different zois. If so, what is the max? I hope it's more than 5 at a time maybe 7. ** 3) Can our zois set an ongoing or repeatable quest? That takes into account the calendar system. Such as zoi wants someone to go grocery shopping for them every 2 weeks on Wednesdays.

  • Adding quests by type : food, groceries, personal quests, travel, criminal quests. Imagine a zoi takes on a quest that is just going to pick up flowers and it ends being a criminal quest where they have to drop off a bag of money on the outskirts of town. OR having a teen hire fake paparazzi to pretend their famous.
  • Travel quests: would require your zoi to go to another zoi country like Dowon, and complete a task there. It can be meeting up with someone, a business venture, romantic gesture, or criminal. Travel quests may have all expenses paid for or zois would have to pay travel expenses themselves.
  • Ongoing quests would be a quest that would be repeated until cancelled. And would completed by any zois who work delivery jobs. You could set the day of week, time quest(s) needs to be completed by, and how long it repeats once/ bi-weekly/every week.

UNREAL ENGINE MODDING ACCESS
I really hope we get modding access to unreal engine as well including the lua script modding. For locomotion, adding new traits or a new trait system, cars, physics, animations for zois, objects, and build/buy mode items. But also terrain building and editing for Canvastowns

I read someone’s concern about the memory system. We don’t know whether it generates accurate scenario descriptions using AI or if it relies on prewritten scenarios. If the scenarios are prewritten, they could easily become outdated, similar to how the court prewritten scenarios are outdated. Imagine it’s a late night date and there are other npc fighting you, but the memory system brings up a “sunny date” and no mention of the npc ruining the date by fighting. If it doesn’t mention details that happened, that would be immersion breaking.

CALENDAR & EVENTS

  • Each in-game day progresses according to the game’s internal clock—whether 48 minutes or 24 real-world hours per day—and days advance sequentially within each month, just like in Animal Crossing. Months move forward naturally, and every month is associated with a season, which can either reflect the player’s real-world region or be assigned manually for full creative control. The current day, month, and season are always visible in the live calendar and UI, letting players watch their world evolve day by day and season by season.
  • Select a zoi's birthday month and day in CAZ
    -** It would be cool if zois reacted emotionally when certain zois attended their events.** Example Samantha and Janice are friends. Janice is having her birthday party and Samantha knows Janice's birthday and her mother's anniversary party are on the same night September 12th. So Samantha doesn't show up, calls and tells her this, and Janice gets mad and remembers this memory. There could be a action called * 'check-in and see if they're coming to event'*, this would make that host zoi remember that guest zoi is supposed to be there. But, when this event happens and their not triggered with Samantha being near by at the time of the event, it would make them feel a certain emotion, indicating they know guest did not come and lied. Essentially this coding would make the zoi remember who they invited and who did not show up at the time of the event. But the more close they are in realtionship to a zoi the more it effects their mood of that zoi not being there vs if they're acquaintances. And the opposite can be true too, a certain relative attending makes them 10x more happy because they showed up.
  • **Having events in other worlds **would be another cool feature. A couple hosting their wedding in Cahaya and inviting guests to come vs their home world.

FLOWER ARRANGING

  • Flowers can be put into/or removed from baskets or vases or a wrapper OR it can be a standalone object
  • Being able to pick one flower and give a single flower to zois
  • Flowers slowly die and become brown, also wilting from hot temperatures
  • When flowers die they can be used in projects like wreathes or potpourri

CARSEATS

  • In regards to carseats babies/toddlers should be facing backwards toward the backseat while children face forward toward driver

ANIMATION:

  • I feel the reading animation is too quick and should be longer to make it immersive. By having a zoi's head and eyes look left then look right slightly while reading a book then turn the page. This will be great for when we get open schools seeing students walking around with their textbooks in hand reading before class for a test and studying in the library.
  • Adding studying animation (essentially taking notes).

MULTITASKING

  • Zois being able to eat with one hand and drink with the other
  • Zois who are studying for school or otherwise can have the ability to have a book on a table read from it and write in a notebook at the same time. (this connects to the animation idea above)

RECIPES

  • Adding fast-food recipes to our business system is really needed because we can only make recipes I feel are more connected for restaurant and are presented this way. Where fastfood recipes would appear on trays like at Golden Apple Burger in public lots vs in the home it'd appear in regular dinnerware.
    Fast Food Recipes Needed:
  • Hamburger, cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, chicken & fish sandwiches, chicken nuggets, hot dog, chili hot dog, relish hot dog, milkshake, soda in to-go cup, french fries, onion rings, tacos: beef/chicken/veggie/ & breakfast burritos, nachos, loaded nachos, bubble tea, slushies, bagel sandwiches

I have the same concerns and that's a great example. That's why I asked the questions is this going to be detailed to a true memory system that some of us have been pushing to be similar to the game Life By You. Where characters remember every moment of their lives and this complied data per zoi, can be used in conversations and tied to their memories that also influences their actions. I think if they're pre-written memories there will be a lot of push back- that it doesn't feel genuine or immersive, but, also they're not using Ai in advantageous way by using data in-game from each zoi to feed the LLM for this entire system. So I hope they take that into consideration! If they go the LLM route this game would really make the zois feel alive and the world feel it has a purpose. This would be better than smart zoi 100x honestly. I also wouldn't mind a memory log system but them showing that conversation system a while back- I think the former might be better but idk.

They said the court trials were pre-written scenarios for now but would move to I'm *assuming *a true ai generative style for responses.

This is also why a LLM-based memory system might work better than prewritten scenarios. If the memory description is generated dynamically, it could include details like weather, time of day, or unexpected events, like NPCs fighting during a date. That would avoid generic memories that are outdated.

@Up As someone who uses CharacterAI, I think LLM-based AI is better than prewritten scenarios. And I agree that a search bar and writing editing tool for the memory system would help players correct descriptions when the AI gets something wrong. With that said, this is ONLY if the memory system uses LLM AI. If the LLM chat you showed in that video is implemented, that system will eventually need some form of memory. Otherwise, the AI won’t remember previous conversations and that’s just sad.

It was supposed to be implemented in the December update, but unfortunately wasn’t.

Exactly! I agree I think LLM fits this game more than a traditional memory log which in the long run just repeats the same list of events that happened with no context. What would be even more amazing- since you mentioned generating dynamically and that's if this is even possible..each zoi even if they were in the same place at the same time, might have different details stored in their memory. ( this would work amazing in the court system haha).

Example: 5 bystanders were in a restaurant 2 of them were friends. We'll call them Joey and Jessie. Joey is angry because his friend Jessie tried to extort him in the restaurant, so Joey decides to start a fight. 2 bystanders close by see them both fight, they both remember the location, how they were feeling emotionally when it happened, the genders of the two friends. Except they have two different details saved in their memory- one zoi remembers a random diner trying to intervene & the second zoi remembers Joey running away.

You also suggested giving players powerful in-game storytelling tools and AI-driven NPCs that allow them to create their own stories. As shown at Gamescom, this is already under development. This new system uses an LLM-based model, not the current “Smart Zoi,” enabling NPCs to form relationships and retain memories. As for the general concerns and everything related: in my view, if the memory system is excellent in the classical sense (meaning there is a memory slot that allows a recollection to influence later experience, shaping personality), then context becomes, so to speak, a slight gimmick compared to other vital game systems such as personality and autonomy, which are objectively the game’s weak points. I mean to the point where people might not even want to play the game.

With Kjun’s stated plans to improve autonomy and personality expression by summer, I’m closely watching this aspect and worry that it may be extremely resource‑intensive, and that these systems might be drawing from the same team’s resources, not from a separate group dedicated to R&D and LLM.

Also, after hearing how enthusiastic inZOI partners are about the idea of dynamic personality, I started probing this topic more actively. Yes, even though I was the one pushing for the memory system, I really want to acknowledge the need for balance.

With the criminal skill, handiwork, and fitness skill all raised to level 10, it's still hard for zois to get away from the cops once the cops are in a closer distance of the zoi. Its like the zoi gets locked and don't want to move. They just stand there and wait for the cops to handcuff them or if zois do finally try to run, its takes too long before they can run. Zois should be a smooth criminal.

@solid mason Yea i agree. I love those mask. They should definitely add mask for our criminals. If im not mistaken i think they suppose to add on to the criminal career soon. I also feel like once they do get caught by cops, our zois should have the ability to fight back to get away, or before even giving up. Zois should also run a little faster than they do while they're getting chased. Especially if they're level 10 fitness.

So for delivery jobs I do hope the animation is tweaked so we actually see the zoi hand the food over to the customer and that our zois can also get random tips as well. The food when riding a bike could sit in the basket in front or in a tote bag if driving a car. Same thing for the piñata it would be great to have a stick or bat in the zois hand. For floral arranging I agree with the comment saying we should be able to put flowers in a vase after receiving them and they should wilt over time. I’d also love that option for gravestones so when we leave flowers that after a certain time they’ll wilt and our zois might get the urge to replace the flowers. And regarding zois dying I think it would be nice if zois could the urge ( depending on how close they were with the zoi) to go and talk to the passed zoi about how their life has been since that zoi passed or reminisce about certain memories together. I also think it would be good that close friends of our zoi could bring them food during or after the funeral

Zoi tends to take food when there are leftovers, but instead of eating it, they either pick another dish or make new food. To avoid wasting food, make the leftover available in single servings rather than letting them take all of it, since they don’t end up eating it.

Yes, unfortunately, a few days ago I bumped my old bug reports on the forum (the ones from 2–3 months ago) mostly about the incorrect autonomy and the routine scheduler. Because of this, with endless cooking of new meals instead of finishing leftovers, making donations, and so on, the budget just drains away, but there’s still no response to those reports. Here we suggested several options:

  • a manual routine scheduler so the player can disable or adjust sleep time, meals etc., and SmartZoi scheduler
  • a family chore chart, so each family member can plan weekly responsibilities (cleaning, maintaining the car, preparing meals, or taking the kids to school)
  • if the player hasn’t assigned anything manually, a much stronger dependence on personality traits and emotions (Make Donation / Charity → Volunteer, Tidy up Appearance → Socialite, Cleaning 5 Times → Neat Freak, Greet Unpleasantly → Displeased), but definitely not every Zoi doing these actions universally.
  • in the video Kjun presented a new feature – prioritizing the fulfillment of the low needs, but it shouldn’t cancel the main action, it should pause it, and once the need is fulfilled, Zoi should return to the previous action.

For me, this is the priority for a life sim – to ensure a reasonable Zoi’s simulation for 100% automation of micromanagement.

We asked for a UI (HUD) option identical to how it was in 2024 and before it was replaced with the new one, because along with its compactness, we also liked its overall design (round avatar with emotion outline, “equalizer”-like emotion bars, and so on). We didn’t want 2024 design to be replaced, and it’s great that the people who asked for the change now have what they wanted – but we lost what made the game feel so charming and so unique to us.

When playing with a controller, movement controls are interrupted and overriden by autonomous actions. This does not seem to happen when using WASD movement controls on the keyboard. This may need to be reviewed before the PS5 release.

Hello Team,

I really love that you’re bringing back the old UI from pre-0.3.0 !

But since it is still in the design phase, here are the 2 changes I’d like to make to the proposed CLASSIC option:

#1 - Round portrait as it was pre-0.3.0. Maybe as an option specifically for the portrait like we have for resizing other elements. But we could chose the square one, or back to the round one which I loved very much.

#2 - The slim emotion bar. Now we only have so much footage so maybe I didn’t see properly, but it is small/slim which is great, but the original felt even better. It had a dot for all emotion categories and in my humble opinion still looked better than the proposed one. Maybe if possible have that one back? If it really cannot be done, then maybe use the same small size with a place / dot for each emotion permanently always at the same spot ? (ie: Angry could be the 10th one and always be, or whatever). We could mouse over to get more details.

Regardless, thank you for revisiting the UI… The old one was DEARLY missed in my case.

Please get rid of the artificial needs depletion that enforce a 8am-10pm lifestyle for our Zois. And make the routines optional in a menu option.

I forget when it was added, I want to say in 0.4.0 but I’m no longer sure.

Basically I’ve been playing InZOI since April, and I have never. ever. had any problem with my Zois (plural) routine. At least those in the families I managed (mostly my own, but I checked others every now and then). That includes the time back when every zoi were hungry, sleep deprived, and some did not go to the public toilets even.

Thing is, these needs bar used to deplete at the same stable rate over time, eating a fulfilling meal at 7am would easily last you until 5-6pm (as far as I remember).

Zois weren’t trying to wake up every 30-60min before 11pm and after 8am and so on. They acted on their slowly depleting needs bar and that was it. Now the needs deplete artificially to make sure they are sleepy/hungry at specific times... It's like the game no longer gives us the choices we had back before the change.

Sure, that meant you had some zoi with a messed-up cycle… but that’s fine as we have these people in real life too. I am an night owl (well almost). My sleep schedule is 4am-Noon and has been since I was 16-ish years old. Let them be. It adds to the game that not every zoi is part of that perfect society where everyone wakes up at 6-7am, have breakfast, then diner, then supper, then go to bed around 9-to-11pm.

Please consider to either make an option in the menu (call it idealistic lifestyles) which we can toggle on or off, or simply revert the change so we have zois of all hours and nightclubs and maybe other night activities that aren’t all on the 9-18 daytime cycles, and do not constantly eat/bathe when unneeded. And remove artificial needs depletion, but I am starting to suspect this is all part of the "Routine" addition.

It was all working very very well before, at least give us the option to turn it off.

Rework Zois choice of meal habits (autonomous selection)

It would be nice if the Zois would be a bit more logical in their choice of meal.

In order as I think it should be, going thru the list one at a time to pick their meal :
1- If Zoi currently has an active urge (eat mango/granola/bibimbap/etc, or drink coffee), pick that.
2- Eat any meal not currently claimed which are lying around (served meals/unfinished served meals) which have not gone bad.
3- Eat from a meal stack lying around (such as a stack of 8 pancakes or how many is left in the stack) which has not gone bad.
4- Eat a leftover from inside the fridge, again as long as it has not gone bad.
5- If Zoi has cooking preference, make a single portion of their favorite food type if they can/ingredients permit. If more than one type of favorite, random choice.
6- If Zoi does NOT have cooking as a preference, eat a quick meal of their preferred food (if any).

Where it is applicable from the above points, Zoi should ALWAYS pick a meal with proper calories to get as close as possible to maximize their hunger bar, like if the zoi gets into eating a quick meal, and they like meat, they should pick the meat-type food with closest calories count to full (either 90% or 110% or whatever).
But also prioritize their preferred food if-type you picked any.

No more doing what Zois are doing right now…
Making a new 56mew group meal when there’s like 25 leftovers in the fridge already >.<

Also @sly hamlet mentioned an aging slider so we could be able to control the wrinkles/the aging process, since irl some people of a certain age may age more gracefully than others.

One thing I would also personally consider part of the core fundamentals of a life simulation is connected travel between cities. 🙂
Things like continuous time progression between cities, real vacations, memory of events, and the feeling that a Zoi truly went on a trip rather than temporarily moving to another world would make the experience feel much more alive and believable.

✨ Visual Atmosphere Feedback

After trying the new engine preview in inZOI, I noticed several visual improvements that I really like.

The overall lighting feels brighter and softer, which makes the game look more atmospheric. In CAS especially, the lighting on the character looks very clean and soft, and the image feels brighter in a pleasant way.

Hair also appears a bit softer and more natural, and the eyes seem to have slightly more reflective detail, which makes the characters feel more alive. I also noticed that glass materials look more realistic now (for example on vending machines).

Wet street surfaces also look nicer and more natural than before, which I really like. It made me imagine how beautiful the city could look if wet roads reflected more of the surrounding lights at night — creating that glowing rainy city atmosphere.

It already feels like a great first step in that direction, and pushing those reflections and lighting a bit further in the future could make the city look incredibly immersive.

Overall the visual direction feels very promising and the world already looks more atmospheric. I'm excited to see how it evolves further. ✨

🌿 Bathrobe Flow & Transition Realism

I’ve been thinking about the robe idea you mentioned before (robe before entering, bubbles inside, robe after exiting), and I had a small suggestion regarding the transition flow.
Right now, I’m wondering if it might feel visually abrupt if:

● Everyday outfit instantly switches to a robe
● The robe instantly switches to underwear + bubbles
● After bathing, it switches back to robe
● And then immediately back to everyday clothes

If several of these changes happen within a few seconds (especially right before entering the shower or bathtub), it might feel slightly unnatural or “game-like” rather than immersive.
Maybe it could work more realistically like this:

● Zoi automatically walks to the wardrobe before bathing (similar to how they change into pajamas before bed)
● Changes into a robe there
● Walks to the bathroom
● Removes the robe naturally inside the shower/tub area
● After bathing, puts the robe back on
● Then returns to the wardrobe to change into their everyday outfit

This could make the sequence feel more intentional and grounded in real-life behavior, instead of multiple instant outfit swaps happening in a short span of time.

At the same time, I do wonder whether constantly walking to the wardrobe before every bath might feel repetitive or slightly frustrating for more impatient players 🙃 — so maybe an optional toggle for “realistic changing behavior” could balance immersion and convenience.

🌫️ Steam, Atmosphere & Natural Coverage

While observing a Zoi bathing, I noticed that the bathtub already creates a subtle steam and mist effect around the water, which looks very natural and atmospheric.
Because of that, I wondered if a similar effect could also be applied to showers.
For example:

● Subtle steam building up inside the shower area
● A soft, diffused mist effect forming naturally in the air
● Light condensation that gently obscures parts of the body

This wouldn’t feel like censorship — it would feel like a natural environmental response to hot water.

It might work especially well if shower areas were slightly more enclosed, because currently the shower space is quite open. With a more closed shower area, the steam would have a place to accumulate and could look even more natural and atmospheric.
Combined with:

● Soap bubbles
● Subtle, minimal undergarments (for example strapless bras for female Zois)

The overall effect could create a more immersive scene while naturally reducing visible detail — without relying heavily on blur overlays.

Additionally, one detail that currently feels less realistic is the shower stream itself.
Right now, the water flow looks more like dripping rain rather than:

● Fine, pressurized streams from multiple small nozzles
● Thin, directional jets of water

Improving the shower spray effect could significantly enhance realism.

Small aesthetic details like steam behavior, water flow, and subtle environmental reactions could create a much more immersive and emotionally grounded atmosphere — while naturally handling modesty through environmental design rather than visual blocking.

Kjun not to sound pushy in any way, but we were hearing a ton about pets and it got silent. I understand a lot is priority right now and I am willing to wait till pets are READY, but I still do wonder what the plan is as far as pets are concerned and I think it's okay to ask. Some other players besides me asked the same. Are they planned next year? or are they slowly being worked on for another time? Again not rushing, but I really wish we can have more info on things like this or at least what exactly we should expect with pets in the future like what kind of animals will we get? we really only ever got hints, but I do want to hear more instead of just pure silence or small hints.

It would be lovely to see Zois and NPCs casually walking around the city together, especially families with children. Seeing people stroll side by side would make the world feel much more alive and natural. Over time, it could also be wonderful if Zois could hold hands while walking through parks, city squares, or even while shopping. Parents could also walk their children to school while holding their hands. Small everyday moments like these could add a lot of warmth and realism to life in the city.

From this picture it needs some natural behavior no one goes to the bar and sits there with no drink or food in silence seriously at least have one of them pull out their phone they just look so robotic. Though I also don't want them all doing that some should spawn with friends or their spouse and just be there talking and interacting with each other. I'm not sure I want flirting added yet until we get some kind of turn on/turn off system let me set the limits or have some limits in place so everyone does not flirt with everyone.

The sleeping schedule is annoying and restricts certain gameplay - for example, crime.
The alarm clocks that can be placed on side tables should be functional and allow for changes to a zoi's sleep schedule or removal of the sleep schedule entirely.

I understand that scheduling mealtimes creates opportunities for zois to socialise, especially in the workplace and I do not have any problem with this, but the sleep schedule needs to be under player control.

I made Zoi as sleepy as possible and put him to bed after midnight, but his sleep needs gauge filled up so quickly that he woke up around 3am.
His sleep needs really fill up so quickly. I want to see him wake up in the morning after a full 7-8 hours of sleep, but I can't, so it's frustrating.
Please reconsider the speed of his needs gauge.

And the mealtime is too long. Zoi ate bibimbap and ate it with a spoon more than 30 times.
You wouldn't do that in real life either. It would be better to revise it about 20 times.

I don’t really play by any kind of “normal society” rules, most of my saves are free‑form stories, like a criminal couple, night owls/ gangs, night‑shift workers (they fall asleep wherever they stand anyway), “japanese” students, and soon I’m planning to play as a homeless character.

And it seems to me that the game promised not only not to hinder such scenarios, but also to create them or even encourage players to create them. Any non‑editable restriction doesn’t work for them at all, so I need full manual control over every aspect of the daily schedule and the ability to toggle it off entirely. In the game’s marketing, Zoi’s day was managed by Smart Zoi, so if it was advertised, please include it in the build.

I fully support the idea of ”returning the game to a time where (I feel) we had far more freedom in how we played our Zois.” Yes, the game has genuinely become fun to play, and there’s been a huge step forward in QoL, but a huge part of that is limited to pre‑scripted scenarios.

Originally, the charm of the game was supposed to come from its artistic and gameplay innovation, complete freedom, full simulation, where any city setup could generate a new scenario, society would shift through ripple effects, trends, rumors, illnesses, good/bad karma inspired positive/negative actions.

SmartZoi was supposed to convert these tendencies into patterns, for example, frequent family hangouts at the beach would become part of their evening routine, and the specific time when Zoi usually went to sleep would become their established schedule.

We can literally see this in many early gameplay demos with commentary from the team.

Because inactive households stay at home most of the time, players rarely see these zois in public places.

Make inactive households leave their homes more often, even when an activity is not part of their schedule. This change would create more chance encounters with zois that players have created and placed in the city.

I see players mentioning for us to let us control our own schedules (like sleep for example)and I AGREE because I am a night owl for example, I don't want the game deciding my sleep schedule for me, or even when and how often I should eat because every one is different and by the game deciding for us it doesn't make each Zoi unique and realistic. Please allow us to have the freedom and control as players. Also I want to mention Zois eat wayyyy too long when you set long days. They end up eating so long that I have to stop them from finishing. One reason I like longer days is so I can not spend so much time on things like eating and more time on going out and enjoying exploring. Most of the time I use the cheat to turn off needs going down because I felt they needed to eat too much and again not everyone follows the norm of 3 plus meals per day, but sometimes I like cooking and my Zoi having a meal which was frustrating because on long days that interaction took forever so that needs to change PLEASE.

I was thinking in saints row theirs plastic surgery. Why not implement an option to change zois facial features and from a rabbit hole plastic surgery (you change their features in cas) and when they come out they have a cast and a moodlet from surgery. To which other zois can react positively or negatively to their change.

Their should still be a cheat so u don't have to go the plastic surgery route if you don't want any reactions. But it would be a cool thing to add in the future?

Ive heard that last year they did claim that pets would be in the base game.. which I do think makes sense considering the story is about a pet spefically cats who run cities, it's basically the lore of the game

Will there be an update to restrict zoi behaviors or role changes with work? Example trainee zois at the kpop agency adam routinely fail to complete tasks on the computer because non artist staff keep occupying the producing pcs that only they can use. Also other zoi's will randomly sit at these desks taking up he space preventing them from doing the job and thus failing to complete the tasks on the deadline. Something needs to be done to stop people from taking the seats at those desks that are not making music same with people sitting there to read books,eat or talk

Hi Kjun! I’d like to share some thoughts on improving the immersion of family life in inZOI, specifically regarding toddlers and infants:

Dedicated Sleeping Arrangements: Currently, toddlers sleeping on the floor with just a blanket feels a bit unnatural. I hope to see dedicated toddler beds or cribs added soon to provide a more realistic home environment.

Essential Furniture (High Chairs): I’m eagerly looking forward to high chairs. Mealtime is a crucial part of family gameplay and shouldn't be overlooked.

Interactive Chaos (Messy Eating): It would be great if toddlers could be more mischievous, such as making a huge mess with their food. This adds personality and challenge to the game.

Autonomous Parenting & Discipline: To balance this "chaos," I hope adult Zois can autonomously discipline or educate their children after they make a mess. This creates a natural loop of behavior and consequence.

These additions would make the parenting experience in inZOI feel much more dynamic and rewarding!

Hi Kjun! I’ve noticed a decline in NPC-initiated social events in my recent save files. My Zoi feels quite "lonely" as friends no longer invite them to parties or their homes. I truly hope the late March update can restore the frequency of NPC invitations to make the world feel more connected.

Additionally, I have suggestions for Autonomous Socializing:

Meaningful Conversations over Small Talk: Currently, Zois spend too much time on "Small Talk," which feels repetitive. I hope to see more autonomous meaningful interactions that actually build relationship depth or reveal personality traits.

Interaction Priority: Right now, Zois seem to prioritize objects (watching TV, reading newspapers) over talking to each other. Please consider increasing the weight of social interactions when two Zois are in the same space.

Let’s make the Zois feel more like social beings and less like passive observers!

Another piece of feedback about SmartZoi on the forum. I’ve read both sides, but I’m observing similar issues to the author’s, even if I used to play only with SmartZoi before:

When I have SmartZoi turned on, they don’t work in the shop. It was quite funny because even the visitors started cleaning. When the SmartZoi function is turned off, they don’t clean my shop, which is actually better since they’re customers. A foreign Zoi who works for me suddenly started fixing their hair. This Zoi then works and takes care of themselves. Only my own Zoi doesn’t consider it important to work.
Foreign Zois buy 75% less from my business because they are suddenly occupied with things they shouldn’t be doing in my business. This includes endless cleaning and making food for themselves in my kitchen.
When I turn it back off, they work normally again.
In short, I really want the team to be more open about their work on this feature.

Improve Storage
There are a number of limitations to the 'bag' storage system that make it difficult to engage in collecting, crafting, farming or fishing. Please consider the following improvements:

  • Increase the number of items that can be held in the bag.
  • Allow players to move multiple items at once from the bag to the fridge.
  • Allow zois to cook using ingredients stored in the fridge. At the moment, zois need to take ingredients out of the fridge and place them in their bag in order to use the ingredients when cooking or baking.

Hello, I just tried assisted reproductive technology (ART). I was very surprised that Zoi wasn't pregnant, but that the baby suddenly appeared at her home. It gives the impression that the baby was delivered like an ordered item... However, Zoi should have a response like "assisted reproductive technology successful" or the opposite, because it doesn't always work the first time. Furthermore, Zoi should be pregnant like everyone else and experience a pregnancy. Otherwise, did you want to use ultra-modern ART where Zoi asks and receives her baby immediately?

Hi there Kjun! Since we are speaking a lot about the fundamentals lately, I wished to bring what is going on with business to your attention.

**Businesses **have been around since December but they are still pretty buggy, and I think working to solve those bugs as soon as possible should be a priority. There is plenty of bugs in the forums like business owners not getting any customers if they are not on site even though they are in "management only" mode, or business settings not saving properly, which affects how the business works (video below).

There's also the issue where zois needs to sell their business or quit their jobs as business employees to be able to travel, which is not a bug but not good game design. I know you are working on these, of course, but couldn't we get some mention of acknowledgement?** When are we going to get our zois to be able to go on holidays without selling their business? Or without having to buy land? Why are these bugs taking so long to fix?**

Suggestions for inZOI Development

I would like to share some ideas that I believe could make inZOI even more realistic, deep, and immersive as a life simulation game.

First, it would be interesting if public transportation, such as buses, had a small cost when used. Even if the amount were minimal, this detail would make the in-game economy feel more realistic and give more meaning to transportation choices within the city.

Another improvement would be allowing the mini-map to be optional. A simple button to enable or disable the mini-map would let players decide how they want to explore the game world, providing a more personalized and immersive experience.

I also believe the game could benefit from a greater variety of flowers and plants, enriching the environment and offering more possibilities for players who enjoy gardening or decorating.

One feature that I consider especially important is the Zoi memory system. It would be great if this system were deeply integrated into the characters’ behavior, influencing how Zois interact with themselves, their families, and other people.

For example, if a Zoi were betrayed by her husband, she could develop resentment toward both the husband and his lover for a long time. These memories should influence future reactions, dialogue, and interactions.

For the system to work well, it should take into account both recent and older memories. For instance, two sisters who become enemies could react with hostility or anger whenever they see each other. Likewise, a neighbor NPC might develop a dislike for our Zoi and even attempt to start conflicts when encountering them.

Important life events should also be recorded in a Zoi’s memory, such as a first kiss, traumatic experiences, or near-death situations. For example, a Zoi who almost drowned could develop a trauma or fear of entering the sea or swimming pools.

However, it is not enough to simply store these memories. The most important aspect is that they influence behavior, emotions, and relationships over time, also affecting the people around them. Otherwise, the system could end up feeling shallow and lacking immersion.

Finally, I would like to suggest the addition of more personality traits and more “desired lives” (aspirations) to expand the possibilities for Zoi development.

It would also be very interesting to see improvements in the clothing creation system, especially regarding cuts, designs, and styles. This is an area where I have not seen much evolution since the beginning of the game’s development, and it could offer much more variety and creativity for players.

I believe these improvements could significantly help make inZOI an even deeper, more dynamic, and immersive life simulation experience.

I’ve noticed that footprints in sand or snow sometimes appear and sometimes don’t 👣, and I’m not sure what causes this. It might be worth refining this system so footprints appear more consistently.
More generally, environmental interaction could be expanded — for example grass and bushes reacting when a Zoi or an animal walks through them. Small details like vegetation movement, footprints, and surface interaction could make nature feel much more alive 🌱, especially if animals are planned for the future 🐾.

Another related detail is NPC physical presence. Currently, my Zoi leaves footprints in sand or snow 👣, but NPCs walking nearby often do not, which makes them feel a bit like ghosts 👻. It would feel much more immersive if NPCs also left footprints and interacted with the environment in the same way.

Similarly, characters can currently pass through each other without resistance. It’s great that they already try to avoid each other 👍, but allowing some light physical collision — like characters slightly bumping into each other as seen in games such as Assassin's Creed — could make crowds feel more believable and grounded 👥.

The difference between the player and NPCs is very noticeable and slightly breaks the illusion of life in the world. Overall, environmental reactions, physical interactions, and light collision between characters are extremely important for immersion, because they help the world feel truly physical, tangible, alive, and responsive instead of static. 🌍✨

I think many Zois that appear in the world are not very attractive. When I want to create romantic stories or relationships with a Zoi, it can sometimes be difficult because most of them are not very appealing and only a few look attractive. It would be nice to have a better balance in the game, with Zois of different appearances — some less attractive, some average, and also more attractive Zois.

It could also be interesting to add an attraction system based on tags or preferences, similar to systems used in some RPG games. Each Zoi could have different tags that describe what they find attractive, such as certain styles, personality traits, hobbies, or physical features. This would make relationships feel more realistic because not every Zoi would be attracted to the same type of character. Some Zois might prefer confident or ambitious people, while others might prefer creative or calm personalities.

A chemistry system could also make relationships more dynamic. When two Zois meet, they could have different levels of chemistry. Some Zois might feel an instant attraction, others might slowly develop feelings over time, and some might simply not feel attracted to each other at all.

Another idea could be adding crushes or secret attractions. Zois could sometimes develop feelings for someone naturally, like a coworker, a neighbor, or a friend. This could create more spontaneous stories and make relationships feel more alive and natural in the world.

Core Memories & Relationship "Locks": Negative events (like forgetting a birthday or a public argument) create a "Core Memory." This locks the relationship bar in red, preventing progress through simple jokes until a grand gesture or a sincere apology is made.

Chemistry & Visual Attraction: Zois should have physical preferences (linked to the image generation system). A Zoi might be naturally more attracted to specific styles, hair colors, or personality traits (e.g., "Ambitious" Zois admiring "Hardworking" ones).

The "Sync" State: A secondary meter for when Zois perform activities together (cooking, dancing, gaming). High Sync unlocks unique animations, like closer walking distances and more frequent eye contact.

  1. Secure Image-to-Zoi Generation (Concept Art Focus)
    Concept: A tool to generate Zois from images, but optimized for safety and artistic consistency.

During a phone call they might lie on their stomach, then roll onto their back, run a hand through their hair, and keep talking for a while before turning over again.

These same relaxed poses could also work for texting 💌, and even for writing in a diary 📖 while lying on the bed. Small slice-of-life details like this could make everyday moments feel much more personal, cozy, and believable. ✨

Overview: The End of "Empty" NPCs
The goal is to transform NPCs (Zois) into the protagonists of their own stories. We want the AI to create a world where life happens "behind windows" (like a busy apartment building), where every Zoi has a past, secrets, and a personality that the player cannot fully control.

  1. Visual Creation: "Concept-to-Zoi" Generator
    Focus on Concept Art: The system should be optimized to read concept art and sketches (Pinterest-style). This ensures high aesthetic quality and legal safety, avoiding the use of real photos without consent.

Automatic Vibe Detection: The generator should analyze the "vibe" of the image (e.g., dark colors, messy clothes) and automatically suggest initial personality traits that match that visual style.

  1. Human "Grey Areas": Baggage & Past (Inspired by BitLife)
    No "Blank Slates": When meeting a Zoi, they should come with a procedurally generated history (e.g., a doctor dealing with a past betrayal, a father who had a child young and rejected them, or someone recently left at the altar).

Real Ethical Dilemmas: Players should face situations with no "right" answer. If a partner has a secret or a difficult past, you must decide to help, accept it, or leave. Life isn't black and white; it’s full of grey areas.

  1. Deep Romance: Beyond Friendship Bars
    Love Languages: Every Zoi should have secret preferences (Quality Time, Acts of Service, etc.). If you don't "hit" what the Zoi values, the romance bar won't rise, no matter how many gifts you give.

Sync State: A mechanic that measures how well you perform activities together. High "Sync" unlocks organic animations: walking hand-in-hand, constant eye contact, and higher success rates in difficult interactions.

  1. Social Conflict & Organic Gossip
    Eyewitness System: Secrets and betrayals shouldn't be "magic." They only spread if an NPC actually witnesses the act. Gossip travels through specific social circles before reaching the partner.

Narrative Manipulation: Players with high Charisma should be able to lie or "gaslight" to save themselves, convincing the partner that the gossip is a lie. This creates a real feud between the partner and the whistleblower.

Memories & Scars: Betrayals create "Core Memories." Even after forgiveness, the Zoi may have moments of insecurity or triggers, requiring a genuine reconstruction of trust over time.

  1. Emotional Unpredictability
    Denial State: Following a trauma, a Zoi might act strangely normal for a few days before having a massive emotional breakdown.

Intuition vs. Omniscience: Zois should develop suspicions based on behavioral changes (hiding their phone, coming home late) instead of simply "knowing" something is wrong.

Playing a couple right now really makes me wish we had more intimate interactions. I wish couples can use the picnic blanket for various cuddle, kiss options (without it only for dates) it should be for any couple at any time. I wish we had a cuddle and watch stars together interaction, cuddle in bed interactions, more passionate kissing interactions and have a cute interaction of cuddling from behind (while standing) and kiss in the rain. Kissing needs more passion and you can see the difference in the images I show. Hand/arm placements, facial expressions, touch all that makes a huge small detailed difference on how realistic it looks when Zois are in love and that is what I want to see. Small pecks are not enough and most romance interactions are just too casual and lacking.

So i let my teenage zoi steal money out of her parents bank account when i took her to the atm. She stole over 1000 dollars but there were no consequences for her actions. The parents didn't even acknowledge it. Parents should also acknowledge when their teens are stealing money from their account. There should also be some sort of discipline system.

will zoi reflections and mirror reflections in general be added? I have noticed that most games today do not add reflections, it was shown before as a technical,graphical feat in games and then suddeny stopped being added entirely despite the advances in graphics technology and game development technology over the years. This would be akin to cars no longer having radios despite the advances in radio technology every year

Something I'm really hoping will be in a future update soon is a rehaul on washing clothes like a washing machine.

Having zois have a hamper to put their clothes in and a animation of them putting them inside the machine with soap and after putting the clothes in the dryer. A clothing line where you hang up clothes to dry would also be cute

Like I said before also having a car radio system soon would also be amazing and reworking the TV animations and mirror quality. Bc when u use the mirror even on ultra settings the zois hair shows as black in the mirror even if they hair isn't black

I've been playing through the sims 4 again. I usually play it with mods. One of the things I notice that keeps me hooked is the element of surprise when it comes to relationships, first impressions and meeting new people.

  1. The ability to see if you click with a certain sim or not. (The sims uses jigsaw pieces to show this - it makes understanding this super easy)

  2. An attraction system that is based on a sims turn ons and turn offs, likes and dislikes (I think this came with the Love Struck expansion)

It's so satisfying to have a realistic relationship compatability system that makes certain sims natural friends, lovers, acquaintances or enemies.

Something like this would be super dope in Inzoi

I'm still waiting for the developers to hire voice actors for our Zoeys. Random events, random visits to Zoey (even if they're familiar characters).
I t would be nice to add social media. It would bring new emotions, new discussions, and everyday life.
Also, a streaming system and more interaction with gadgets.
The "separate living" feature is sorely lacking.
What about universities? Like a separate building and the option to move into a student campus during their studies?

Please add back walls/fundamental structures cost!

Even if it’s discounted to fix issue of making it too hard to build what you want, it’s still 100x better than being completely free.

There needs to be some type of reward for your work, and not just in the form of extra furniture, vehicles, or roleplaying your costs.

Simplest fix? GAME SETTING. If there can be a setting to do for example “normal” “half” and “no cost” it’d fix all of this. Might as well add an extra cost option while you’re add it for the people who would even want challenge.

At this point, when deadlines are already becoming a factor / starting to appear on the horizon, I’d like the team to focus on the concept that inZOI originally presented to players as the unique product, on the roadmap that was discussed and agreed upon with the community, and on the fundamental issues in the core of the life‑sim that could seriously complicate its launch within the genre, reinforce the audience’s preconceptions about the product being “unfinished”, and would be difficult to fix after release.

Please allow Zois to watch tv as long as we want. I keep having to click to watch a show because they shut the tv off after several seconds. Please allow us to control when tv shuts off and how long they watch it. Also please allow Zois to watch tv together as a group activity.

I don’t know if it’s an afterthought or just something the team is working on in the background, but I agree. I love the careers and I am so excited for canvastown but the personality and autonomy system needs to be perfect before the game is fully launched. Players generally expect changes and additions to careers, they don’t expect changes to personality or autonomy after launch. If the personality and autonomy is underwhelming after the full launch, players won’t try the game again in a year to see if it’s been improved.

For me that’s exactly the kind of thing that needs to be put front and center, maybe even bringing in behavioral‑psychology specialists, but definitely not postponing this work for even a minute, I meant the way earlier updates mentioned “in the next quarter” and then again “next quarter”, which made the timing feel unclear.

There will be plenty of time for many other tasks even after release, but as you said, autonomy and personality + the whole lifespan (life stages, aging) and story progression overall have to be perfect on day X.

As always, I spent this week reading your posts and discussing them with the development team, and I’d like to share a summary of what we gathered.

Once again, we received a wide range of feedback and suggestions related to inZOI. The main topics included feature improvements, new content ideas, bug fixes, and many suggestions aimed at making the game feel more immersive and realistic.

Before getting into the main update, I want to clarify something from my previous post because I made a mistake in English. Last Friday, when I used the word “deadline,” I meant the inZOI team’s internal March development cutoff. What I was trying to say is that development usually moves in cycles of planning and implementation, and after the March update, there may be a few weeks where we are not able to include as much new content in our videos. It did not mean that we would stop brainstorming, so please don’t worry about that.

As long as you don’t get tired of it, I’ll keep posting updates and videos.
Let’s see who gives up first. 🤣

Major Updates and Feature Suggestions Minimap and Navigation

Many of you said that a minimap would make getting around the city much easier, and there were also requests for GPS-style navigation and destination markers.

Thanks to your feedback, some of these ideas have already been reflected in development. We also quickly added a feature that lets you toggle your home and owned lots on and off.

Memory System

A lot of you mentioned wanting a system where Zoi characters remember the events they experience, including trauma and emotions, and where those memories influence their behavior and personality. There was a lot of excitement around how this could improve psychological depth and autonomy.

Honestly, this is something I should reflect on. We’ve been working in this genre for a long time, and I added a gameplay log / record-style system much later than I should have. But it’s here now, so please forgive me. haha

Calendar System and Events

Many of you also shared that in-game festivals, holidays, seasonal decorations, and date-based events could make the world feel much more alive. I agree that this kind of system would add a lot to the atmosphere of the game.

New Jobs and Activities

There were also many requests for more jobs and activities, such as delivery work, running a flower shop, owning a salon, or managing a restaurant. A lot of you want more ways to shape your own playstyle, and that makes a lot of sense.

Family and Parenting Systems

We also received many suggestions for improving family gameplay, including baby car seats, cribs, toys, and more interactions with children. We are continuing to expand these features little by little, so please give us a bit more time.

Social Interaction and Autonomy

Many of you asked for more natural conversations between NPCs and player characters, deeper relationship development, systems for secrets and rumors, and more complex personalities and autonomous behavior.

We are currently planning ways to strengthen rumor-related systems, so your feedback has been very helpful. Thank you.😄

Graphics and Animation Improvements

There were also many requests related to shadow issues, shadow ghosting, low-spec graphics quality, and smoother animations.

We do have a graphics update coming in March. We improved visuals for lower-spec settings, but we also worked on making high-end graphics look better again, more in line with how they used to feel. We improved distant scenery, made indoor furniture cast shadows on the floor, and prevented unnatural blue sky lighting from appearing indoors. Some of these shadow features are enabled only on higher-end settings.

That said, I think even players on lower-spec settings will be able to feel the improvements once the March build arrives.

We also received requests for cloth physics, hair physics, and more natural motion transitions. We’ll review ways to support some of these improvements, even if only on higher-end systems.

Bug Fixes and Core Feature Improvements

Many of you strongly emphasized that bug fixes and improvements to core systems should come first. This included systems like vacations, moving between cities, traveling while managing a business, NPC behavior and autonomy, and adjusting routines and schedules.

Because of that, we are currently thinking seriously about whether we should significantly reduce new feature development during the summer and focus more on stabilization.

To be honest, we are finding it challenging to stabilize the build while also continuing new development. This was already reflected in the plans I shared earlier this year. Even so, I want you to know that we are committed to improving stability.

There were also requests for quality-of-life features such as an age adjustment slider, less forced control over daily routines, and expanded save space. I think these may be possible.

Community Suggestions and Future Direction

The community also shared many interesting ideas, including social classes, club systems, crime and police careers, online dating, counseling systems, pets, and more interaction with the city environment, such as footprints and natural environmental reactions. Some of these are already things we are actively discussing internally.

We also found the ideas about connecting AI-based storytelling with the memory system, and strengthening each character’s individuality, especially interesting. Thank you for those suggestions.

UI and User Experience

There were also many suggestions regarding UI and usability, such as bringing back the previous UI as an option, adjusting the frequency of small talk during conversations, making the minimap optional, and improving the notification system.

Because we’ve received so many requests about the old UI, we are currently working on that as well. Our goal is to let players choose between the old and new UI through preset options.

Thank you again for all of your feedback this week.

This month is especially meaningful because it marks the first anniversary of inZOI. In some ways, that feels exciting, but it also reminds me how quickly time passes.

More than anything, I feel sorry that we still haven’t fully resolved some of the core feature issues and bugs. I know that this is the part many of you are most frustrated about.

But please know this: we have not forgotten these problems.

I feel sorry that we still haven’t fully resolved some of the core feature issues and bugs. I know that this is the part many of you are most frustrated about.

Thank you for acknowledging this Kjun, and I hope we can see some results in the upcoming updates and fixes. This opinion might be unpopular, but fixing older content should be prioritized over releasing new content: even if new content attracts players, they are likely going to leave after being frustrated by the on going bugs and awkward game mechanics. This is particularly true for the life simulator gaming population, as they are probably (we all are) burnout from the poor management of other life sims. In turn,** taking a longer time to develop, test and release new content might help ease this problem** so that there are less bugs on release day of these new features.

It'd be great if you could take a moment to address the issue with mods and the new engine version too. Currently it's unsure what steps will take for us to update our mods to the new engine when it's released to the public, and I think this information should be available to us as soon as possible, so that we can plan ahead. It's already disappointing that we cannot make mods work for the beta version, albeit understandable.

Hi Kjun! Focusing on core gameplay is the right move. I’m especially excited about NPCs being able to marry or divorce autonomously.

Also, please prioritize the autonomy adjustment controls for flirting and cheating. Being able to set the "drama level" for our married Zois will add so much depth to the social sandbox. This level of autonomy is exactly what we need for the game to feel real!

🧠 Within the scope of this current brainstorm session, I’m most interested in the psychological depth as connected to the memory system.
inZOI can really knock it out of the park in the world of life simulation if they gave this feature more dimension. Truly!
Having short and long term memory and key events affect our characters over time (their choices, behaviors, actions, etc) would dramatically elevate this game’s ability for immersive storytelling.
Adding psychological depth to the memory system by allowing a network of individual memories to compile or perhaps interact over time that may result in erratic or problematic behavior or even a mental breakdown, again, would be incredibly fruitful for storytelling.

I definitely won't be mad if the devs step back on new content for a bit to fix bugs. I'm sure it's been brought up here but there's one annoying bug that's existed since the cahaya update where furniture placed in build mode gets deleted once you save and reload it as a preset. I know the halloween candles and display cases have this bug.

Tho for my own selfish reasons I also hope canvas town doesn't end up pushed back too much if yall pivot 😅 I hope we can get a canvas town or modding focused brainstorm in the future!

✨ Will you resolve the issue with “Distance Culling”? In the game, cars and Zois in the distance suddenly disappear after a certain range. The further parts of streets and avenues look empty — lifeless and boring. I believe this greatly damages the game’s immersion. This issue has been raised many times before, but there is still no detailed solution. I recommend providing an On/Off toggle for “Distance Culling” for users with high-end hardware.

✨ Another matter: on Steam’s general discussions there are thousands of comments and requests for “Turkish language support.” Will Turkish localization be added? As Turkish players we give a lot of support to inZOI, and we ask for “Turkish language” as a way to strengthen that support. Please consider this. 🇹🇷 🤍🙏🏻 @dusk patrol

It's good to see you guys are working on the 3d map.. I'll keep my response shorter bc I don't think they look at the messages after kjun makes his post but...

For the car seats I do hope it's implemented for toddlers and babies as kids can already ride in the car with no car seats and they're too old to be in one. The roadmap reflected car seats for babies and toddlers, not for kids

Pets were mentioned but no confirmation, denial or more info on it.. maybe I'll just have to stop asking about it js bc theres never any reply about that or the PS5. But at least for the PS5 you can see that they're using it while they play the game

I have to say, as much as I'm looking forward to the new features in the roadmap, I wouldn't mind seeing at least one update focussed entirely on bug-fixing / QoL improvements. There are some particularly annoying bugs I'd like to see squashed as soon as possible:

  • being unable to enter buildings in overhead view
  • custom furniture items becoming unresponsive after reloading a save
  • inability to save all outfit categories in a Zoi preset

While I think fixing bugs is extremely important, I do long for more content too. I know the Inzoi team is working tirelessly, and I personally am incredibly grateful. But if I was completely honest, I do want more content. However, stability is important. Can we meet in the middle? Maybe prioritize new content us players really want AND fix the current bugs. I'd love if you could offer a poll with 3-4 new big content ideas we would like for the summer. That way whatever gets the most votes, you can spend your time on that effort and the bug fix. Win/win.

So less new items, but the new items being added are voted to be in Summer update. That way we still get the most requested updates in the Summer and bug fixes.

Hi Kjun, I love all the updates planned for March 26 and beyond. While the team is restoring graphics, could you also look into the collarbone seam issue? It seems more visible in version 5.6. I would also love to see the older 2024 body textures brought back, when the Zois’ skin looked higher resolution and more detailed.

I’m also excited about the minimap. One request though. Could you bring back the “Drive Here” feature from the map? I’m not a fan of the current teleport style movement. When it comes to new content and bugs.. this might be sort of controversial but I honestly don't experience that many bugs in my game? So I'm not sure what bugs ppl are really talking about usually when this gets brought up.

Honestly if their is any bugs they should fix it and definitely their should be more improvement on earlier content like pools and swimming.

At the same time all the new content on that roadmap I want really bad and I wouldn't be too happy if it gets reduced. 😭

I also do not want them to stop creating content, because we need more stuff to add to the game. Like everything mentioned in the roadmap will make a huge difference in gameplay. When I played Inzoi, I didn't find that much to do, especially since I'm a family player. And I get bored that's why I stop playing Sims 4 and still play Sims 3 and 2

I hope you can implement these tweaks I made to DA_Fitness into the game.
Currently, in a game without mods, Zois have a tendency to get too thin despite what they eat. The fitness system is very imbalanced.
However, with the DA_Fitness I tweaked and installed, that issue seems to go away and Zois don't seem to become too thin or fat all the time. The types of food that they eat and how much they use the treadmill plays more of a part.

Get your priorities straight. What do you want this game to be? What is its central theme? What should be the core systems the game revolves around. What is its identity? Don't give me a broad answer like “Inzoi is MeAnt tO bE a reAlisTic LiFe siMulaTor”, it's a friggin game! Think harder and try to come up with a more defined answer. It doesn't matter if it's a whole exposition as long as it contains the qualities you actually want to see in the game.

Inzoi is a life simulator but:

  1. It shouldn't just be another life simulator.

  2. It shouldn't try to be the life simulator. It's impossible.

You can't possibly simulate all aspects of life because life is too complex. These requests will always keep coming and always changing.

Stick to a plan; stick to a goal, and chase it!

You don't have to swallow everything the players chuck up, especially for a life simulator. You'll get stretched thin and twisted into a scrambled mess.

Create a plan detailing your immediate and most important priorities and stick to it.

You are the Map Maker. You're the one who decides how the map is supposed to look like? What art style? Where the various biomes will be. IT'S ALL YOU. We? We are the painters. I don't know how you're going to do it but I suggest you create a ‘Depth Ladder’. Just like the name implies, you should create a ladder for currently established systems that details a list of specified features which should eventually cumulate to the top of the ‘depth threshold’. Again, it doesn't have to be hyper realistic to avoid ‘feature bloat’.

Dear kjunn, when zois run away or get taken from , why should they dissapear? I feel like the court system can then trial the zoi to get back their child or the police should go on the search so that they can get them back 🥺 also when not playing with a household, the other households I make always sure everyone has a washing machine for their clothes but yet they still neglect their children ! Its all overwhelming and there is no breathing moment 🥺 non at all. And Cahaya , I discovered you can place your own villagers there , but... Once you gone to the other cities cahaya will kill all the citizens that were frozen ! Why? I don't get it , it says that they are frozen in time but each time I'm back there zois are all of a sudden aged and fast-forward in time. Explain pleas? I don't get it.

The clipping still is bad 😞 ... And there is for each interaction almost the same interactions I hope all of this can be improved.

Thank you Kjun! GPS is a must for our Zois cars! I would also really appreciate a update on future plans for pets. As a small detail I really wish Zois can stop wondering off leaving the area on their own and/or chatting with NPCS when I have free will off. This should tell the game I want total and full control of every movement. I also wish strange Zois can not text our Zois if we can have a option to not allow this even if our Zois can put themselves on a no non contact list on their phones and no spam which would only allow contacts to text our Zois. I also hope we can get a romance option on texts for couples besides just the friendly texts we can start cause I don't want to only be able to start a text convo with just friendly texts if they are a romantic couple. Will we ever get other phone options? like being able to call other Zois, video phone calls, social media contacts, etc? I would love seeing more phone options. Also will we be getting any Spring/Easter items in a update? Where I am from Easter is a huge celebrated holiday and I hope we get Easter added to holidays/calendar system.

Another thing I wish we could have is various voices, walk styles, various mannerisms that way it does not seem like every Zoi I make is the same. My Zoi self for example is a bit too perky than I am in real life when she interacts and each trait I gave her made her the same way. I made her differently many times but had the same result which made it feel like I was making the same Zoi with the same mannerisms and voice.

I’d like to share my thoughts on bug fixing.

I’ll loosely divide everything into two categories: isolated bugs and system‑level issues. In many cases, players report bugs that are actually system issues: incorrect behavior and scheduling, depopulating town, depressed Zoi because a random acquaintance died, broken parking, etc. All those things that were clearly broken along the way, the player saw them working before, then they got worse and caused frustration (because of that, some players leave the game or roll back), and here also long‑term critical system issues present since release.

I believe revisiting these systems is essential, because they are the game’s USP and life-sim core. We shouldn’t reinvent the foundation.

Then there’s the work on the “fundamentals first” and the roadmap that were agreed on with players in terms of timing and content. There’s no need to vote on or change any of that.

And then there are minor things that don’t make sense to fix until the system itself is ready. Imagine fixing a bug in the old system, then the system gets reworked, and now they’re fixing a new bug anyway.

So what’s the solution?
It feels like they need people not for end‑of‑production bug fixing, but for improving the core systems in parallel with creating new content. I’m against shifting people from content to bug fixing. This isn’t a release phase where the game must be perfect at every step. But planning in a way that ensures the core systems get proper attention is absolutely necessary.

I do agree that it is better to fix bugs early instead of adding more and more content on top, however if this is to be worked on in the summer, please release Canvas Towns first. I also hope this halt won't affect the progress of script mods. We NEED script mods by the end of the year!

On another note, I also think having script mods would alleviate a lot of overwhelm. Everyone wants to play this game in various ways, even ways that conflict. Having mod creators takes some of the load off you and you can implement more fulfilling and gameplay rich changes while keeping the community satisfied.

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head here. A lot of the things people complain about most are not actual coding errors, but design flaws with unintended consequences in game. One of the most frustrating parts of playtesting InZoi is when you report a bug on the forums, only to have the mods dismiss it as an ‘intended feature’ and forcibly close the thread - the classic example of this is make-up presets also changing eye colour and eyebrow style since the Dec update. We realise the change was technically intentional since it was mentioned in patch notes, but the actual effect is to make the presets almost useless for players, which was clearly not the devs’ intent. I imagine the language barrier doesn’t help here either.

Before the Friday “prime time”, let’s make sure we align on what the average inZOI player needs, because many people won’t be happy with the decision to freeze the roadmap for the sake of bug fixing (especially minor ones), but many people are also feeling strong frustration. Less “I’”, more “we”.

What people are writing now in parallel with us is not a bug but a system-level issue. There’s no point reporting this as a bug while the system isn’t in place yet.

That’s why this confusion happens: layered simulation, and with it story progression, is the top priority for any family rotation/community player, but something single‑Zoi or single‑family players simply won’t notice.

I want to agree with you but it’s hard. I don’t know if there is an ‘average Inzoi player’. Like you said, what is game destroying or just incredibly frustrating for one player can go completely unnoticed by another.

I think there’s a danger in expecting everyone to be in agreement on priorities. That’s when arguments and comparisons begin. we start to feel we have the right to comment on someone else’s request and say it’s not a priority or not as important as our own request.

All we can really say with certainty is what is important to us as individuals and trust the developers to make decisions that balance the many different wants and needs of players.

Maybe the issue is that it’s being treated as a bug for QA team, while it’s actually something that should be a feature request for Kjun, for example bringing back a believable city (inactive families, NPC) simulation. Instead of talking about “too many bugs”, it might help to discuss what exactly feels off, what doesn’t meet expectations, and how you’d like it to work. The team’s workflow is probably overloaded with lofty ideas on one side, and on the other still struggles to nail the basic, grounded things.

UPD: that’s the shift from I to we. We have reference points for how a life‑sim generally works, what creates the excitement around the genre, why these games became a cultural phenomenon, and what makes large player bases drop a game when those elements are missing. I’m not saying anything should be copied or traced directly, but learning from that experience is a good thing.

Yes, it can be hard to draw the line between a bug and a feature request. Take, for example, the issue of Zoi presets only saving your currently-displayed outfit. I'm sure that from the devs' perspective, there's a good reason why the other outfits can't be included, and any request to change this seems like a 'nice to have' rather than an urgent problem.

But as a player, if you spend 2 hours creating all your Zoi's outfits in CAZ, only for them to disappear once you load the preset into a game - that's a very big problem, and a particularly exasperating one given the amount of time wasted. It's also something that will affect new players in particular, and risk giving them a bad impression of InZoi from the get-go. There are a lot of 'bugs' like this, where the real issue is the difference between players' expectations and how the game actually works. (See also: having to buy a house when you travel, automated scheduling causing Zois to eat/sleep when they don't need to, etc.)

I agree. And I think in the past, when people have referred to 'bugs' it has maybe caused a bit of confusion. I know it's confused me in the past, and I can only imagine that needing to translate posts only makes it more confusing. I think maybe we just need to be clear about what we don't like, why and what we want instead. Trying to categorise it as a bug fix or a feature improvement only complicates things.

Like say my zoi could have her water break a puddle appears on the floor, she'll be in pain for say 2 in-game hours then she could have the options of having a home birth or have the ambulance come pick her up and have the baby at the hospital. If the mom has the baby at the hospital she could be wheeled out in a wheelchair when she leaves, then put the baby in the car seat to take home.

I feel like EA players are essentially passengers on a pilot voyage: they can suggest improvements to the route and the sights they’d like to get closer to, or on the other hand, complain about discomfort, point out that a cabin is noisy or the food isn’t great. The captain listens, decides what really matters, and chooses where the ship goes next. And the crew (the developers) does the actual work 😌

The personality system will likely be a crucial element in determining the game's completeness, but it feels like the developers are neglecting the fundamentals and only trimming the branches.
I'll have to continue to make suggestions regarding the personality system going forward. I won't give up on this either.✊

Dear Mr. Kjun Please stick to the roadmap that we all were "supposedly' happy about. Despite the game's shortcomings right now, I personally still feel you and your team are doing a great job. No need to rush things, or take away things that were already planned for this year. People may complain, but you cannot always please everyone, especially all at once. Like the flowers on your desk, things take time to bloom, and i have faith that you and your team will eventually get this game to where it needs to be. Please do not get off track. Stick to the Roadmap. ❤️

just as a suggestion for DLCS, im not sure what direction you’re thinking of going whether its gameplay dlcs and then stuff dlcs like sims (so ignore if this doesn’t apply im just really irritated at sims right now), But please do not do what they did and separate things to get the biggest cash grab. For example, my wedding stories and lovestruck. Growing together and parenthood. Home chef hustle and cool kitchen. Occult sims. Separate dlcs revolving around the same thing. Or just make a lot of the normal things/interactions in the base game. My point is, please don’t make $1500 worth of DLC content (that couldve been grouped together or in the base game) to actually experience immersive and fun gameplay. These are obviously different games, but the average gaming experience these days is spending a ton of $$$ to play games that arent even that fun, get boring within a couple days/weeks, or to access content within the game they purchased. (i.e battlepasses, IG currency, gacha grabs). By all means, turn a profit, I will be happy to spend money on your game. Just be mindful of the content put out in the dlcs (and basegame) , so I dont have to buy 50 separate things (that most are really the same thing) and drop a house payment to experience the game. You will get the most traction to your game from affordable and worthwhile dlcs and in turn, the biggest profit in the end. (for example, 5000 people spending 20 on a dlc, vs 1000 who spend 40 on a dlc)

The new content is always exciting but you should be tackling the bugs/ major annoyances more often instead of allowing them to pile up. For example i think your team should specifically look at the biggest bug complaints and gather them into lists. Also gather a list of the "major annoyances". Break down the major annoyances into groups of 3-5 and put those out into each major update, while fixing the straight up broken features as quickly as possible during a Hotfix. This creates a steady pacing while still being able to put out new features to attract more and more audience. But overall too many bugged features will put anyone off from the game especially if that person decided to pick up inzoi again just to be met with a bunch of bugs and things that don't work/ too many things that don't even affect the gameplay...

@soft briar I dont experience too many issues with bugs like a lot of people, but at the beginning they were having hotfixes and fixing bugs like every few days or so and people loved that. It helped them to stay on top of the bugs without them piling up. Maybe if possible, he could have a small team dedicated to bug fixes. They could pick one day out of every week to work on bugs to keep bugs under control. While Kjun and the rest of his team focus on the roadmap and other things to help improve the game. If possible.

Having a working drive thru would be awesome someday. If they do make the drive thru functional then there should be problematic customers. As a matter of fact, depending on a Zoi's personality there should be some real nightmare customers. In the US we nickname them, "Karen's". Basically they're entitled and argumentative customers.

With daily quick fixes the only thing they can really do fast is just disable this automatic action, like they did with Give Massage (v0.5.1). But is that what we actually want, or do we want proper autonomy, the one they’re already working on and promising for the summer?

So it turns out that in the chat people have only mentioned shortcomings of the core systems, and not a single actual bug. So guys, pulling devs off content just to fix something that’s going to be revisited anyway is a bad idea, what Kjun pointed out is exactly what people actually need:

improvements to core systems should come first. This included systems like vacations, moving between cities, traveling while managing a business, NPC behavior and autonomy, and adjusting routines and schedules.

But those same people also don’t want problems with the content. So we either decide what we’d prefer to be done first, or we ask them to roll it back, seriously.

Delivery Job Cars & Car decorations

  • I think it would be so cool if zois could have multiple types of vehicles they can choose from and customize for themselves. Such as adding trucks, a mini van, a Scooby Doo Voltswagen van, and delivery trucks similar to UPS.
  • By allowing us to add and attach 3D printed objects and re-sizeable wall stickers (that are in buy mode now) to decorate moving cars with, and this wouldn't cause the 3D printed objects not 'attach'. So we could have a bright neon orange car and then create a doughnut using the 3D printer in game, to sit on top of the car and also a wall sticker logo we attach on each side of the doors.

Hospital Playable & New Gameplay

  • I'm hoping with hospitals its a true hospital. There's a designated emergency room and in-patient areas for zois, and it's zois who are actually hurt and sick and not just random zois coming in with coughs lol though that is acceptable. A maternity ward, surgery ward and a ICU area once they come out to recuperate one instance this would be good are zois getting run over by cars or motorcycles, outpatient surgery/services, children's ward.
  • Seeing illnesses progress and worsen. Zois would now express they dont feel well to others or zois would also notice your zoi looks sick having some ask if they're alright or want to stay away from them in fear of catching it.
  • I don't know how others feel about this but I think having elderly zoi pass away in their sleep along with old age that's currently there would be nice
  • Zois can volunteer for the hospital and visit sick patients
  • Zois can get broken legs, arms including sprained ankles playing sports or during other activities
  • Seeing doctors and nurses attending to patients in live mode
  • Ambulances picking up hurt zois in real live mode time

WEDDING PROCESSION FIXES
 - Also we don't have the ability to have a full wedding procession. Where the groom walks to the aisle and waits with the officiant, then the bridesmaids with groomsmen arm in arm walk in before the bride, a directive for the wedding guests seated to stand up for bride, and then another directive to have the bride walk down the aisle with optional music playing (that we select).

  • If a bride takes too long to come down the wedding aisle it can make people feel curious, make the groom feel angry or sad, and vice versa.
  • Also having the ability for a bride or groom to be stood up at the altar. Which can cause embarrassment, hurt, depression and anger. Leaving a lasting memory they will remember and this could cause the zoi to develop a fear of commitment moving forward or fear of getting married.
  • We have the ability to assign brides maids, it'd be nice to assign the more than one zoi but a full wedding party 3 groomsmen, maid of honor, best man, 3 bridesmaids, ring bearer, and flower girl.
  • Seeing jealous wedding guests or wedding party (bridesmaids and groomsmen) and they could try and sabatoge the wedding by telling lies or spilling secrets either couple has done

Yes. apart from travelling and scheduling, it seems like most of the complaints are related to autonomy and behaviour. So to take developers away from the work on autonomy to ‘fix bugs’ does seem a little problematic. Especially if they really are thinking of a ‘new approach’. Like you said, if the underlying system is going to change, this will create new bugs even if we managed to eliminate all of the old bugs.

i also think we need to be careful about the language we use. We should avoid talking about ‘bug fixes’ because it’s not always easy to tell what is a bug and what is just a design flaw. If we ask them to stop or slow development to fix bugs, the last thing we want is to hear them say, “that’s not a bug, that’s intentional. But we’ll focus all our attention on that small glitch no one really cares about.”

instead we should be specific about the improvements we want to see.

Thank you for acknowledging the Classic UI and "Age Sliders" in the most recent video...
(Sorry I was late in watching it, busy week 😅 )

Just to make sure there is no miscommunication...
With age sliders, I am pretty sure we are talking of something resembling this mechanic from "The Sims" which allows players to set the length of each age groups (See picture below).

Now I am sure InZOI's control option will look much better and in-line with how the game currently look. But this is what we want when we ask that, to be able to change how long it takes to move from Newborn to Toddler (and/or any of the other group lengths).

Also do not forget to adjust those at "Prorata" so if our zoi is already half-way into young adult and we change the length of that group, our zoi must still be at the same relative age in the new group length (Still at the middle of young adult).

Yes, this way I’ll be defending the position that they’d better strictly follow the roadmap and fundamentals first, while also trying to invest more resources in the core systems, but without jumping into newly invented ideas outside the roadmap at least until Q3 – only the basic basics like autonomy and personality (I mean if they’ve come up with a new idea for how to implement it).

Because those things are incredibly complicated to program (AI, even the 'traditional' kind, is a notorious weakness across all game genres). It takes a long time to implement effectively, and in the meantime, players need things to actually do in the game or they'll get bored.

I love the themed sets in inZOI’s life mode — the TV studio, laundry room, airplane interior, crime scene photography room, and subway motif. They look great for photos, but right now they’re purely static and don’t interact with gameplay. 🎭

It would be amazing if these sets were actively used depending on situations:

TV studio → tie it to a news anchor career.

Crime scene room → integrate for police careers.

Airplane interior → use during actual flight travel, with passengers inside, in addition to the external cutscene of the plane. ✈️

Subway motif → use for subway travel. 🚇

Right now, they feel like props with no “soul,” which slightly breaks immersion. Using them dynamically would give life to these environments and make the world feel much more alive. 🌍✨

I feel there needs to be more directive interactions for zois thats not point and click. I really like the direct control mode and hope the teams keeps implementing more hot buttons for this. As this the only way I play unless I am building or decorating. But, this mode just seems to fit the game better imo.

So you can have L-stick press and hold while moving to run, X button can be for idk observe and object, Y button for phone UI, A button for needs etc. And a way we can reassign these manually like most games do.

I also feel the camera movements need more improvement when you have walls all the way up on buildings and play this way. It's either too zoomed in or you zoom out enough and its still far from your zoi to actually play correctly. So you dont see around the house properly and walls are obstructing views of camera

With systems like these, NPCs could feel more distinct.

For example:

One NPC might look like an artistic student.

Another might feel like an elegant business professional.

Another could look like a fashion influencer.

This would make the world feel more believable and diverse.

Character Identity Card (Possible Feature)

Another interesting idea could be something like a Character Identity Card for each Zoi.

This could include things like:

Clothing style

Hobbies

Favorite objects

Personality traits

Romantic preferences

This way, when you meet a new character, you could quickly get a sense of who they are.
For example, you might think:
"This Zoi seems introverted and elegant."

💡 Honestly, this is a very important point for life simulation games.Games like The Sims 4 struggled for years with NPCs generated with terrible outfits or strange combinations, which often broke immersion for players.

It would definitely be cool, if it could be tied to a Journalism career and also linked to the University system.

For example: College students could learn the basics of Journalism and could be selected for an Internship at specific job sites.

Zoi’s could venture into different fields as a journalist (Ex: Newspapers/Online News agency, Celebrity/Entertainment/Sports News, Political/Business News, Weather Reporting, or TV Reporter)…

  • A Television studio lot could be created and used as the location for various different jobs/careers.

It could feature an actual News Studio for live broadcasts, and also to allow Celebrity Zoi’s to film different sitcoms or movies.

Tbh , to me the homework should be a button "make homework", there is to much task to do and it would be easier for gameplay to just click on "do homework", and only let those task be in school task not at home because as long zois don't do homework themselves when your busy with another household they will not complete it and will just slack off. So pleas can we just do a simple task , do homework within 3 hours and then let the zoi do their homework but we don't have to know what, sometimes I spent to much time to do the homework with zoi's and they have no other time to even have dinner and go to sleep it really blocks their activities

Dear kjunn, the traveling issue needs to be fixed when owning a bussiness. I can understand that a zoi can't travel when having a bussiness but only when they start out. Once they start to hire employee to be there and do the work the Operator is pretty much free to attend. Also during the moment that they don't work they should be able to travel. Fixing the fact zois can travel and their families and friends should be able to keep in touch now that calling is added !

Is there a possibility that we can have in the future better pregnancy animation and belly ? And accurate birth giving like " driving her to the hospital" since that there is a hospital? Check up pregnancy at the hospital? And eventually have a doctor career? When will we have the canvas town? Or is that canceled ? Is there a new town that will come this year ? Or will it be for when the official game is out ? How many worlds are you going to add in the future ? Is there a possibility to have actions like " drive kids to school" ? That way when you click on that action you can click on invite depending on household number of children to then take them to school , it avoids problems with bus bugs? If possible then to make the bus actually drive around the city? A seperate school for elementary school? It makes me uncomfortable that all is at one place . Maybe a school in cahaya as well instead of a rabithole ? Zois can also get blood tested to see if they got pregnant after feeling nausea as result of not testing after intimate moments ? ... There are so many things to be added that can add flair to game play. Children has still not enough outfits or are suppose to only relying on our amazing mod makers ? But then can the modsystem be bettered ? If possible?...these are a few that has been in my mind ( if it's giving birth at home, can we see water broke , and then make her huff and puff because I always have a feeling my zoi lost the baby when she gives birth. Update: I have to add that we still don't have improved emotes system - posse makers are very important in a simulation game , posemakers are at this stage ignored. I wish we could do machinima and poses again

I really don’t like it when games, especially ones with great graphics, have an UI that covers a significant area of the screen. I launch almost any other game and there’s room to breathe, but here it’s just a pile of Tetris‑blocks stacked on top of each other, so I can’t see anything (esp. 3rd person view). So having a classic UI as an option wouldn’t hurt anyone, and fans would definitely appreciate it.
