so i created a archive extraction and parsing tool that outputs each conversation into .md with a standardized schema, into an Obsidian vault and then im having my agents read through them 1 file at a time so they can jot down things they deem important into core memory blocks while creating relational links and stuff for the obsidian graph, then after they've processed it can get integrated into archival as well.
Its an extra couple of steps but gives them that upfront context too
