Hi all, are there any guides on handling email addresses, street addresses, IDs, full names? I am using Vapi and it sounds so robotic and fast regardless of how I prompt it. Thanks in advance!

I am using the spell out tag as per the sonic 2 formatting guide and still having a lot of issues with spelling back email address and getting the correct email address.
