W-okada Deiteris Fork Error (Could not load voice focus estimator)

Hello everyone, a friend of mine has an issue where whenever he starts the W-okada Deiteris Fork, it gives him the error called "Could not load voice focus estimator" immediately after starting it, just like it is shown in the attached screenshot. My friend and I both have been looking for a solution for this issue online, but we haven't been able to find anything that would fix the problem.
Additional note: My friend is in a region where the internet is a bit restricted, which is why he can't access Discord, as well as other websites. This is also why we suspect the voice changer not working and crashing with said error, but both of us are unsure if that's the case or if somethign else could be the problem.

w-okada basically creates a website that you can access with your browser on your own computer. This website is used as a control panel.
In other words, no networking is involved. Something else is going on.

Considering you're using nvidia graphics, you should instead try vonovox if your computer can handle it, which reminds me:

It depends on the use case.

The tutorial, whichever you used can help identify why the voice changer isn't working; since a lot of them are using outdated footage.

Whatever your plans with the voice changer are, they must not violate discord's guidelines, laws and our server #📜│rules We can't stop you from doing whatever you want, but people here won't want to help you if you were to plan any of that basically.

And to clarify, my friend or I don't use the voice changer for anything illegal or anything that violates the TOS of Discord, nor does it violate any server rules. He would have asked himself, but he can't access Discord due to the internet in his country being restricted. He pretty much only uses the voice changer for fun, and he doesn't profit off of it or anything.

Yeah, it's just worrisome that the 'internet is restricted' in their region. Usually that happens because of the government.

And what 'fun' means also depends on who you ask.
