Hopefully you're not using an old YouTube Tutorial about RVC (Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion, not realtime voice changer)
i was watching a 2 year old video from Jarods Journey but i think it was up to date
i couldnt find any other tutorials
it's probably not then
please use the help template

i didnt know what to write in the issue bullet
What kind of voices are you trying to use? this tutorial is very old and outdated
oh i wanted to use any of the base models even but i couldnt even set them up to sound like they did in the video also i dont think its intended to be like that its probably some setting but when i use this you can obviously hear my voice at first and its so much louder so is it possible to delete my voice and only leave out the one from the voice changer like he did on the video
There are no default voices in any of the newest stuff, you just have to choose from whatever is in https://discord.com/channels/1159260121998827560/1175430844685484042 but if you're having a weird issue where your real voice and the ai voice overlap that may be a input or output issue
yeah but i tried the cable think and only then it works i guess its fine
With a 3050ti you should definitely be able to use Vonovox, it's the newest and way wayyyy better than that one
I'll get the downloads
Thanks so much
It's also the only one still receiving updates as of now
also can you Please tell me what this stuff means 😭
None of that is really important it's just model information on how it was made
For using it in the voice changer that info doesn't matter
okay
that tutorial is outdated asf, dont use it
use either vonovox or wokada tg develop

Guides for Programs that use RVC Models in Realtime for Calls/Games
A Realtime Voice Changer with similar performance to Wokada Tg-Develop Fork, with extra features, but it supports only Nvidia GPUs on Windows 10/11 unlike other options that have wider support. and without cloud options
A personal fork (modified version) of Wokada Deiteris Fork, it just adds some Quality of Life improvements to it like supporting Spin Embedder and Audio Effects. Don't expect too much about it since the creator made it originally as a personal project.
A Realtime Voice Changer with similar performance to Vonovox & Wokada Tg-Develop Fork, with extra features.
Deiteris' fork (modified version) of wokada that doesn't get updates anymore.
These options are not recommended for use.
Not suggested, older versions in youtube tuts are even way worse. GUIDE
The program is worse compared to the ones above, and much less updated. GUIDE
btw are you trying to like roleplay like darth vader or e girl?
mostly one piece/death note
you can just follow the tutorials I gave above
ok thanks btw so you say that its not normal that my voice is overlapping with the voice changer voice ?
if you really need beta versions with major updates accepting the risk of it being unstable, you can use the beta version
you're using outdated software, just uninstall it
First one is Vonovox (the voice changer) and second one is a virtual audio cable to connect it to games or discord, VB cable is the one you most likely have currently and it's not as recommended for windows
Can cause weird issues
I have seen very few ever have issues with the Vonovox beta, what kind have users said in the past?
it's not marked as a stable release, I'm just saying that, it's marked as a beta
we don't suggest vb audio cable for windows
Fair enough yea
forget you even watched the youtube tutorial
I wish we could get yt to take them all down
Especially the really old ones that suggest those disgusting e-girl models
@wide rose if you have questions or any issues installing both programs let me know
For vac lite just run setup64 then install driver, and Vonovox just run "start"
ok any replacements ?
I was about to ask that you're perceptive, thank you guys a lot really.
Perceptive?
Oh lol
what is the use for this ? https://software.muzychenko.net/freeware/vac470lite.zip
it's a virtual audio cable to connect it to games or discord, VB cable is the one you most likely have currently and it's not as recommended for windows
yeah yeah okay i see
can you guys tell me what block size means i increased it a little and the voice started glitching less
