Hello, I'm trying to start making videos on TikTok, with the character of Makise Kurisu, but I don't know where to find a voice of hers to put on the character, does anyone know how to find voices of anime characters for free? I have seen many people on TikTok who have them and don't pay anything

There is likely a Text to Speech voice model around. I'm not sure where you could find this though.
Huggingface tends to have a lot of models. You could try searching there. If you want a Voice to Voice RVC model, you can try #1175430844685484042
You can likely ask someone to create an RVC model for you in #1159289738314919936
In case you want to do that, it also helps if you have reference material where she either uses the same style of speaking or a closely similar one (and not too childlike or chibi).
Further, I recommend you state the name of the voice actress involved and in which spoken language she plays the role, which right now, I don't know. I'm guessing japanese due to the order you placed her name in.
