#Cannot get Applio to run locally on AMD GPU

Was a previous Applio user when I was on a Intel + NVIDIA system a long time ago but now I swapped hardware to Dual AMD. Trying to use an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB to inference. Currently on Windows 11 and cannot get Applio to run locally without problems.

Procedure between attempts:

  1. delete all Applio files
    2a. delete previous ROCm files from C:\Program Files\AMD\ROCm, if applicable
    2b. install new version of ROCm
    2c. change "Path" environment variable to new ROCm filepath
  2. complete AMD applio install tutorial again from the beginning (aihub docs)
