Can you click specifically on GPU 1?

Click on "GPU 1" to reveal your full GPU name on the right panel, that one is a dedicated one. GPU 0 "Intel UHD Graphics" is an integrated GPU, so probably skip that.

A decent mobile GPU. "Applio RVC" would work with this GPU just fine.

Delete the contents of the 'installed' folder. Also, models go in applio/logs/; I'm not sure why you tried to upload them in the plugins section.
