I want a free alternative to weights. Here's my PC specs

Does it allow for natural voice text to speech

RVC (Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion) is natively only STS (Speech To Speech), to use it for TTS (Text To Speech) it will firstly make the audio input with Edge TTS, which is high quality and multilingual, but isn't the best for emotional tho

So it will work the same as Weights did
