There are two major voice changers that people here recommend. Vonovox and W-Okada.
Both of these are based on the RVC Project, although w-okada designed to use multiple types of audio voice models. RVC is currently the best type of audio voice model for direct Voice to Voice AI based transformation.

Concerning the models, if you found did the actual audio models and they are RVC models, then it will work with these voice changers.

If you don't have the models, then you could try training them yourself, using software like Applio. There are guides AI Hub has that may help you with these things.
