best sounding rvc voice settings with vonovox?

No idea. While some beta versions have few more recent features and bug fixes than "1.6.9" the only known stable version, the core functions and settings remain the same. While those "Voice Settings" part might be saturated at this point, you either try reduce Block Size to a minimum possible value the program can handle, use "GPU Delay" to adjust audio delay or play around with Equalizer settings.

It is. Mainly Improved pitch extraction, better stitching algorithm.
So it should be more robust in terms of pitch detection, and the way audio blocks are blended is much better now which should affect "smoothness" of the sound.

So yeah, quality boost in general
