RVC is not using my gpu jest spiking my cpu my system processor: amd ryzen 7 8700f and my GPU is a Amd Radeon RX 9060 XT https://docs.aihub.gg/realtime-voice-changer/local/deiteris-w-okada-fork/ is the guide i used and i have the dml version downloaded but my gpu is still at idle while my cpu spikes while running it

Change GPU to CPU, and then back to GPU, see if that fixes the issue.

You can also try restarting the server. Sometimes that helps with these kinds of issues. You may want to glance at the the settings json file to confirm it is actually using your gpu and its not a visual glitch.

Try set extra to "2.7 s", and see if GPU usage pumps up in Task Makager. Also, set index rate to zero because any non-zero value of this one strains CPU usage; it's a quirk in most W-Okada versions.
