What is the best ai to generate promps and image2video?, I want to make images and then image2video, im tryna do 3d cartoon pixar style for youtube kids. my laptop specs are CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7445HS (6-core / 12-thread)

• for the images:

While this specific mobile GPU can run some basic local AI programs like RVC (retrieval-based voice conversion) and Stable Diffusion 1.5, for image-to-video generator I think it might be possible (with significant optimizations of course) but would be slower than typical desktop/workstation GPUs that have superior specs and very large VRAM size. Some online options might be better bet even though they usually come with costs.
