Cant access the voice changer website anymore

It cant load the page for some reason. I'm using Deiteris' W Okada Fork. It used to work with that exact web adress. Is the fork not usable anymore?

Did you open the .exe first?

Also, what's your PC OS and GPU? There are kinda newer programs like Wokada TG Develop and Vonovox
