The names "W-Okada", "realtime voice changer client" and "MMVCServerSIO" refer to the same W-Okada voice changer program. "RVC" doesn't always mean realtime voice changer, it mostly refers "retrieval-based voice conversion".

To be more clear. What is your PC GPU? And where did you get this specific W-Okada version from?
