It's recommended that you use tg-develop's build of w-okada instead of the original
https://github.com/tg-develop/voice-changer/releases/tag/b2397
you can also grab vonovox instead. https://huggingface.co/dr87/vonovox/tree/main
Instead of VB-Audio, it's recommended you use VAClite
https://software.muzychenko.net/freeware/vac470lite.zip
As for the bug, .... no clue. More people have problems with VB-Audio. I don't use it myself, so I haven't encountered it. VAClite should fix the issue; it's easier to work with as well.
Your settings seem correct; just saying. Anyway try updating to tg-develop's fork and/or test with vaclite instead and see if that helps.
is there a video tutorial on this?
which would i download for a nvidia geforce 4060?
Download https://github.com/tg-develop/voice-changer/releases/download/b2397/voice-changer-windows-amd64-cuda.zip.001 and https://github.com/tg-develop/voice-changer/releases/download/b2397/voice-changer-windows-amd64-cuda.zip.002. These zip files are split zip, use WinRAR or 7-Zip to open the .zip.001 one.
