i can hear myself, but my voice doesnt changes, i tried almost everything, can some1 help

Considering you have a RTX 30+ series GPU, you may be better off using vonovox or tg-develop's fork of the w-okada voice changer.

This bug happens sometimes when it is the first time you run the server. A restart fixes it usually. If not, something is odd with your settings somewhere.

I don't see anything wrong with the way you set up the voice changer though.

Try Tg Develop's W-Okada fork instead of the one you're using https://github.com/tg-develop/voice-changer/releases/tag/b2397, as well as the "Virtual Audio Cable" lite as an alternative to "VB-Cable". https://software.muzychenko.net/freeware/vac470lite.zip

What do you mean there's no change?

From what I gather, they mean the voice changer doesn't work. They run it, and they cannot hear a changed output as if passthrough is activated, but I don't think that is the case.
I have no clue what is causing this problem though; too little information.

Can you glance at the permission settings and make sure the browser is allowed to use the microphone and vaclite?
