Check if you have download https://github.com/tg-develop/voice-changer/releases/download/b2397/voice-changer-windows-amd64-cuda.zip.001 and https://github.com/tg-develop/voice-changer/releases/download/b2397/voice-changer-windows-amd64-cuda.zip.002, because it wouldn't work if you use non-CUDA versions (especially dml/DirectML and CPU) of W-Okada voice changer with NVIDIA GeForce GPU.
