Don't extract anything on your desktop folder. Try extract the program to somewhere like "D:\MMVCServerSIO" or a download folder.

Now change sample rate to "48000" in your voice changer.

When I change it to 48000, it reverts to 44100 upon startup.

Use reply feature instead of pinging one in separate message.

Now brute force changing the sample rate into 48000 until the voice changer accepts.
