Intel Core i7 2700K? That must be an old CPU (second generation) from a decade ago (2011). Meanwhile, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti was released 8 years apart from your PC CPU. If these CPU and GPU all in the same system, they do work, though the CPU would mainly be a significant bottleneck in this scenario. For more or full potential performance of your PC GPU, any eighth generation Intel Core CPU or newer is more preferred.
