almost nobody trains beatrice v2 models because, yes they are lightweight, but are lower quality than RVC, no one uses it so you don't find as many models, and it's supported only in original wokada

#

in fact, original wokada isn't suggested anymore since a while, it brings only beatrice or UI updates

Guides for Programs that use RVC Models in Realtime for Calls/Games

• Vonovox

A Realtime Voice Changer with similar performance to Wokada Deiteris Fork, with extra features, but supported only for Nvidia GPUs on Windows. and without cloud options GUIDE

• Wokada Tg-Develop Fork

A personal fork (modified version) of Wokada Deiteris Fork, it just adds some Quality of Life improvements to it like supporting Spin Embedder and Audio Effects. Don't expect too much about it since the creator made it originally as a personal project. GUIDE

• Wokada Deiteris Fork

Most suggested WebUI with the best general support for many platforms. GUIDE

⚔️ Wokada Deiteris Fork vs Vonovox

For Windows Nvidia, Both Wokada Deiteris fork and Vonovox have similar performance & quality. Users should read the pros and cons for both and choose based on their differences, such as UI and Vonovox's paid effects.
Read Wokada Deiteris Fork Pros&Cons & Vonovox Pros&Cons

⛔ Outdated/Discouraged

These options are not recommended for use.

• Original Wokada

Not suggested, older versions in youtube tuts are even way worse. GUIDE

• RVC GUI Mainline Realtime

The program is worse compared to the ones above, and much less updated. GUIDE

The guide is based on RVC. It is likely because of that, that it never even mentions Beatrice. I suspect that people are looking for quality mainly, due to most people here likely training RVC models for use with TTS or Singing programs. They're not so strongly looking to support Voice to Voice conversion.

Beatrice is a separate system with its own models, settings and behavior. The original w-okada server has a combined interface for handling both RVC and Beatrice. The AI Hub guide is focussed on RVC amd saw this as a possible opensource real time voice changing solution, but due to how much more people are busy with singing voices and quality, the creators likely never considered Beatrice. This is perhaps also because of how new and relatively unknown it is

Beatrice has its own Client, also created by Wok. Current version of that is 2.2.2 This output of what this beatrice client does is hard to control, but apparently gives the same quality output as VoiceMod or some other paid voice changer clients. It is as such actually an interesting project, especially since it outputs changed audio instantly, even on lower end devices. Sure, it doesn't sound pure, but for speech, for use with discord or multiplayer games something, it serves well.

I have been looking into it myself lol, but anyway, I hope that clarifies things.

You can train your own models if you follow the guide here: https://huggingface.co/fierce-cats/beatrice-trainer
For now, no beatrice models seem to have been shared on this discord. Perhaps this will change at some point and maybe even get its own forum channel for sharing such models.
