Trouble installing/using MMVC voice changer onto new PC

I hope I am doing this in the right place. 💗
I have been using MMVC voice changer on my older pc for a few years now, recently got a new (much better) PC and I am trying to get it to work.
I install Python, Torch, Cuda and I tried both the new version of MMVC voice changer, and the old version I have been using on my older PC.
When I start it, it gets massive lag in the "res" ms area (forgive me, I am not very computer savvy) 😭
It repeats what I said like 5 mins later in a horrible garble.
I have tried many variations of the chunks and extra settings, presently set to 192 chunks and 16384 extra, like my settings on my old PC where it's still working.
I am really at a loss and desperate for help to get this running again please 🙏
I am including screenshots of both programs running on both my PC's with the command window open beside them displaying what it says when starting up.

just use the beatrice model or consider one of these recommendations for rvc models as well as the correct settings unlike yours

Unfortunately I am still quite confused and trying to figure this all out, my other PC's voice changer client was set up by a friend so I could use it with my livestreams, and it's still working on the older PC.

As well as getting the voices transferred over to the new PC and basically just copied over what I had on the old PC to the new one, so I am very confused why it's not working and lagged out with the new PC being better than the old.
Is there a guide or something that you can point me toward that can explain simply please? I don't have my tech savvy friend here with me, nor will for a few weeks unfortunately. 😭
