How to fix rvc voice lagging when streaming PC games on TikTok while running Vtube studio & wakada?

So I was having issues with the lag and cut outs when running those softwares and a pc game while streaming in TikTok live studio. I’m thinking it has to do with my PC specs so what are your recommendations for the comps to stream and game on pc with Vtube studio and wokada running with no issues?

Specs:

CPU - intel core i7 8700
GPU - RTX 3060 12gb
RAM - DDR4 16gb
MB - B360M DS3H
SSD - WD Black Nvme 2TB
PSU - Pure Power 750W

You either try Vonovox or Deiteris/Tg Develop fork W-Okada. I've been using Deiteris for a while so ig i have to switch? Idk maybe it needs better specs without issues with the lag.

if you think you've used the correct version and settings, the game may be rather demanding

you're not supposed to run BF6 or marvel rivals in ultra/max settings and/or with raytracing

Ok but there’s one thing I use and that is vtube studio while pc game running at the same time if using OBS for vcam and TikTok live for streaming then causes to lag like crazy. I tried lowering down the graphics settings like BO3 on steam but I get the same results, also I start vtube studio without launching steam or run it

Mostly capture card works but I only capture gaming console and don’t have a streaming pc to capture the gaming pc.

try Lower your Vtube Studio resolution to 480p and limit it to 30fps
also i dont recommend Tiktok Live, it heavier than OBS

Yeah which is disappointing even running with a pc game and vtube studio while streaming on live studio but it mostly works fine with a game capture card. I also tried streaming with only OBS to Twitch and same issue with running a game game on pc so the only solution is lower the resolution which it sucks but got no other options

And other ways I’ve tried is close every program running on the background except the essentials. And another way is having dual pc, one for streaming and another for gaming using elgato capture card.
