#very delayed and cuts out ever time

it was working perfectly fine and then i tryed a diffrent model and now nothing works and it either talks but cuts out a bunch or just never does it and if it does its like a 5-30 sec delay

cuts out and with play for like 0.3secs, perfectly fine when i first downloaded it but i tryed a diffrent model and stopped working

didnt use a tutorial just downloaded the right file and extracted it
"MVCServerSIO_win_onnxdirectML-cuda_v.1.5.3.18a.zip"

no error message but this is my settings
