I already have a voice model, I just need to integrate it to streams. I want it to view the screen and commentate, , reads and responds to Twitch and YouTube chat, while being able to hold a conversation? Kinda like a stream buddy on a discord call. Or is it better to ask in a different discord for these kinds of things?

Pretty much just asking to make an entire streaming language model with a personality, without depending on a cloud service like Chatgpt.
