is there a reaosn why you're using exclusive mode?

Exclusive Mode: WASAPI exclusive mode. It has much lower latency but the issue is if you don't lock your gpu clocks with something like msi afterburner, it will pop nonstop , because it needs something like a ~45-50ms gpu delay max to function (advanced users)

there are thousands of rvc models like multiple models of goku, peter griffin etc
All you can do is just try different models, set the extra time to higher to try to squeeze a bit more of quality at cost of delay, and play with the pitch

RVC Can't always super realistically do all types of non speech sounds like screams or certain type of laughs
