all you need is to download https://huggingface.co/dr87/vonovox/resolve/main/Vonovox169.zip?download=true, extract it and only run the start.bat

you don't need to run the setup.bat, it's already configured

.bat is a file extension, your file explorer doesn't seem to be able to see file extensions

anyways, the file name without the extension is just "start"
if you'd like to see the file extensions to make your life easier, you can watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvJn_8ZUdpk but it's not a need to run it
