gpu is nividia geforce rtx 3070, tried downloading the link for it but every time i do, chrome just says "Check internet connection" even though im at 430 mps and using ethernet. any ideas? ive tried turning off my firewall and using incognito

This is a bad tutorial video for W-Okada.
Most of tutorial videos on YouTube only telling you to download and install the outdated W-Okada. There's a better one available.
