After it finished downloading, extract the zip file by use WinRAR or 7-Zip into a directory somewhere like "D:/" or in download folder. Never extract the program into your desktop.

After you extracted the zip file, go inside the folder "voice-changer-windows-nvidia-b2332", then "MMVCServerSIO" and you'll see the program there. Normally double click on the program, and no need to run as administrator.

W-Okada doesn't do speak an alien language when speaking unless you have set something wrong on W-Okada.

VB-Cable and Virtual Audio Cable are not the same program. If you have installed Virtual Audio Cable lite, you're fine.

You ain't finished downloading the zip yet? It's crazy. Make sure your PC connected to a better internet, as one program is weighed 2.55 GB, which slower download speed can be problematic for some.

The "setup64a" one is for a PC with aarch64 CPU (such as Qualcomm Snapdragon). Your PC has an Intel CPU, so run "setup64".
