Voice not working when tabbed into a game on nvidia screen recording

Hi, when I record with nvidia app It works perfectly fine and you can hear the voicce as long as you are on your desktop but as soo as I tab into a game It stops the microphone/voice from working.

Update: This issue only occurs when I tab Into FiveM. Other games should work perfectly
