that tutorial is outdated, it uses an over year old version of original wokada and vb audio cable
delete everything
also, there's newer programs, but it depends on what you want to do, each program does a different thing

staying on windows 10 after ending of support will risk your pc to be vulnerable to exploits and also fewer and fewer programs supporting it overtime btw
