So when I first started playing around with doing AI covers. I used a google Colab link. Can't remember where I got it from. But it worked. I'd upload whatever acapella and then I'd be able to generate based on the AI model I had linked. Now the colab link doesn't seem to be working anymore. I'm not professional here. Just enjoy making these covers. Any help would be great. Thanks!

you don't need to use google colab at all
don't use video tutorials fo rvc
google colab is a cloud (remote good pc) service, your pc gpu is good enough to do it locally
If you want the easiest automatic way and want to do only ai covers, check https://docs.aihub.gg/rvc/local/aicovermaker/ locally

ohhh! I didn't know I could even do that (locally). Thanks so much. That was gonna be my next question
You're welcome
let me know
and this will work in tangent with the AI models from here correct?
will do. about to try it out. thanks will report back.
it will work with RVC (Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion) Speech To Speech AI models, which are mostly found in #1175430844685484042 and https://weights.com/models
if you find another random gpt-sovits voice model, it won't work, that's for TTS not STS
ok got you! will try out weights then
the download link for the program is the one i sent before, i said weights as an alternative to #1175430844685484042
copy. im following now
hey so, i have another question. Lets say i wrote a song and i want to get an AI model to replace my voice/acapella. Can AICover maker work? or will I be looking at a whole diff thing?
if u wrote a song, meaning u don't want the ai to sing the lyrics u wrote, but just replace ur voice, yeah
if u mean make the ai read it like suno, no
Yeh exactly. Like I’d provide my acapella/song and then would want the AI model to replace my voice.
