#Voice Overlap Issue?

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to set up Wokada for YouTube voiceovers and GTA RP with friends. The issue I’m running into is that both I and others can hear my real voice before the voice changer kicks in, so it sounds like two voices overlapping.

I’m using a Lenovo laptop (RTX 4070 8GB VRAM, AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS) with a Snowball mic.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I have Virtual Audio Cable installed, using Voice Meter
